Abstract

Pencemaran air tanah oleh Sulfida telah terindikasi di wilayah sekitar TPA Piyungan, Bantul. Konsentrasi sulfida sebesar 0,0043 mg/l telah melebihi baku mutu dari Peraturan Gubernur DIY nomor 20 Tahun 2008 yaitu sebesar 0,002 mg/l. Perencanaan teknologi remediasi air tanah diperlukan untuk dapat mengatasi pencemaran air tanah oleh sulfida. Desain teknologi juga dilengkapi dengan gambaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk realisai teknologi remediasi.
Metode Perencanaan yang digunakan adalah melakukan pengumpulan data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah. Selanjutnya diperlukan pengolahan data sebagai dasar untuk mengetahui faktor penting dalam perencanaan. Perencanaan akan meliputi perhitungan tiap unit yang dibutuhkan serta dilengkapi oleh gambar sebagai penjelas. Selain perencanaan berupa unit juga akan disertakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk perencanaan teknologi remediasi ini .
Perancangan teknologi remediasi dengan ion exchange menggunakan resin Tulsion A-27 MP yang memiliki tipe makroporus. Kapasitas Pengolahan sebesar 42 m3/hari. Desain alat remediasi yang direncanakan yaitu pompa sumur dangkal, Kolom pertukaran ion (diameter 0,25 dan tinggi 1,2 m), tangki regenerasi (dimensi 0,2 m x 0,4 m x 0,5 m), reservoir kapasitas 8000 L (Diameter 2,4 m dan tinggi 2,5 m), dan perpipaan. Penyusunan SOP juga dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas dan kesehatan alat. SOP terdiri atas SOP pengoperasian alat dan perawat pemeliharaan alat berupa proses backwash. Rencana Anggaran Biaya teknologi remediasi ini adalah sebesar Rp 29.083.368

Groundwater contamination by Sulfide has been indicated in the area around the Piyungan TPA, Bantul. The sulfide concentration of 0.0043 mg/l has exceeded the quality standard of the Regulation of the Governor of DIY number 20 of 2008 which is 0.002 mg/l. Planning of groundwater remediation technology is needed to be able to overcome groundwater pollution by sulfides. The technology design is also equipped with an overview of the costs required for the realization of the remediation technology.
Planning method used is to collect secondary data from scientific journals. Furthermore, data processing is needed as a basis for knowing important factors in planning. Planning will include the calculation of each required unit and is equipped with a picture as an explanation. In addition to planning in the form of units, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Budget Draft (RAB) will also be included for planning this remediation technology.

The design of ion exchange remediation technology using Tulsion A-27 MP resin which has a macroporous type. Processing capacity of 42 m3/day. The design of the remediation equipment planned is shallow well pump, ion exchange column (0.25 diameter and 1.2 m high), regeneration tank (0.2 mx 0.4 mx 0.5 m), reservoir capacity 8000 L (diameter 2.4 m and 2.5 m high), and piping. The preparation of SOPs is also carried out to maintain the quality and health of the equipment. SOPs consist of SOPs for operating tools and equipment maintenance nurses in the form of a backwash process. The Budget Plan for this remediation technology is IDR 29,083,368.
