Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan prototype PLTMH turbin ulir archimedes menggunakan turbin 3 sudu, rasio gearbox 2,8 :1, sudut kemiringan turbin 20o, head mencapai 0,14 meter dan variasi debit air 1,14 l/s; 1,95 l/s; 2,18 l/s; 2,91 l/s dengan menggunakan generator mini AC 3 phasa. Nilai torsi, rpm, tegangan, arus dan daya listrik terbesar yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan debit air 2,91 l/s berurutan sebesar (0,30 ± 0,002) Nm; (1019,15 ± 0,81) rpm; (9,33 ± 0,03) V; (7,05 ± 0,03) mA dan ( 50,15 ± 0,28) mW. Sehingga diperoleh hubungan semakin besar debit air yang digunakan, maka nilai rpm, torsi, tegangan, arus dan daya listrik juga akan semakin meningkat dari pengaruh volume bucket yang terbentuk.

The design and manufacture of a prototype microhydro turbine screw of archimedes turbine 3 blades, gearbox ratio of 2,8:1, the angle of inclination of the turbine 20o, head reaches 0,14 meters and the variation of water discharge the 1,14 l/s;1,95 l/s; 2,18 l/s; 2,91 l/s, with the use of mini generator AC 3 phase. The value of torque, rpm, voltage, current and maximum electric power produced by using a water discharge of 2.91 l/s sequntially is (0,30 ± 0,002) Nm; (1019,15 ± 0,81) rpm; (9,33 ± 0,03) V; (7,05 ± 0,03) mA and ( 50,15 ± 0,28) mW. So that the relationship is obtained, the greater the flow of water used, the value of rpm, torque, voltage, current and electric power will also increase from the influence of the volume of the bucket formed.
