Abstract

Pengembangan Master Plan Kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) memerlukan data berupa peta situasi wilayah kampus terbaru.

Sepuluh Nopember Institut of Technology Campus Master Plan Development requires a latest campus area situation map data. One of the mapping methods that has applied widely is photogrammetry mapping using aerial photograph data to make an ortophoto map data. Aerial photograph data obtained though shooting using a quadcopter drones DJI Phantom 4 Pro quadcopter drones Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
The DJI Phantom 4 Pro will e used to create an orthophoto maps with a mapping area of ±188 ha. Aerial photograph is processed with UAV Photogrammetry method with Structure from Motion (SfM) algorithm using 17 GCP points spread across the entire area of the ITS Sukolilos Campus.
The result showed that an 1:1000 scale orthophoto map were tested for horizontal accuracy with 11 ICP points. Based on the results referring to Perka BIG No. 6 of 2018, it was found that the orthophoto map meets the accuracy standard of the base map with a 1:1000 scale and its classified in 1st class. The results of the semantic quality test of aerial photographs show that the level of orthophoto detail was high, which is being classified at level 7 of 9 on the NIIRS scale. Furthermore, the orthophoto map was converted into a 1:1000 scale line map with the latest data (in 2021) as input and consideration fot updating the ITS Sukolilo Master Plan.
