Abstract
Pandemik menjadi isu nasional yang harus dihadapi. Kontak fisik dan berkumpul sudah tidak semudah dahulu segala aktivitas sekarang dialihkan secara online. Kasus Covid-19 yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kegiatan dalam jaringan pun dilakukan lebih lama lagi. Salah satu pihak yang melaksanakan kegiatan pekerjaan secara online ialah PT PJB UBJOM Paiton. Pencegahan Covid-19 menjadi isu strategis di PT PJB UBJOM Paiton. Protokol yang digunakan ialah penerapan kebijakan WFH (Work from Home). Kinerja perusahaan dan karyawan tetap harus dicapai walaupun pelaksanaan kerja dengan mekanisme WFH. Berdasarkan penelitian yang pernah dilakukan oleh Dr. Hueryen Yeh Hong (2012) diketahui bahwa “Komitmen Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan”. Maka dari itu akan dilakukan analisis terkait bagaimana kinerja dan pengaruh komitmen kerja karyawan PT PJB UBJOM Paiton selama WFH menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen normatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PJB UBJOM Paiton pada saat WFH.

Pandemics are a national issue that must be faced. Physical contact and gathering is not as easy as everything else is now diverted online. The increasing case of Covid-19 causes activities in the network to be carried out for longer. One of the parties that carry out online work activities is PT PJB UBJOM Paiton. Covid-19 prevention is a strategic issue at PT PJB UBJOM Paiton. The protocol used is the implementation of WFH (Work from Home) policy. The performance of the company and employees must still be achieved despite the implementation of work with the WFH mechanism. Based on research conducted by Dr. Hueryen Yeh Hong (2012) it is known that "Work Commitment Has a Positive and Significant Impact on Employee Performance". Therefore, an analysis will be conducted related to how the performance and impact of employee work commitment of PT PJB UBJOM Paiton during WFH using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that normative commitments had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PJB UBJOM Paiton at the time of WFH.
