Abstract

Indonesia requires electrical energy for industry, household, or even to lighten the roads in Indonesia everyday. In 2018, national electrical consumption only reach 1.064 kWh per capita which is really low compared to other developed countries who could use electrical energy up to 4.000 kWh per capita. To increase the national electrical comsumption, the government plans to procure electrical energy up to 35.000 MW
To achieve that, the government will built power plant with capacity up to 2x50 MW at Binjeita, Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi. The power plant requires coal as its fuel. Therefore, the government will built a jetty specific for coal transport. The construction of the jetty is still in the planning stage. Because of that, evaluation of the layout from masterplan and the detailed structure planning which fulfill the international standarts is required. This final project will discuss about detailed structure planning of jetty for 12.000 DWT vessel capacity at Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi.
The results of the jetty structure planning for coal product are trestle (58,2 m x 8 m), unloading platform (77 m x 27,5 m), breasting dolphin (6,2 m x 4,5 m), mooring dolphin (3,5 m x 3,5 m), and catwalk (17,5 m dan 21,5 m). The method chosen is cast in-situ method. The budget is estimated as Rp.52.856.583.000,00 (fifty-two billion eight hundred fifty-six million five hundred eighty-three thousand rupiah).
