Abstract

LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) adalah subkategori minyak bumi yang merupakan campuran hidrokarbon kompleks yang terbentuk secara alami dengan sejumlah senyawa anorganik. Pembangunan Receiving LNG Terminal di Terminal Multi-Purpose Teluk Lamong Surabaya Jawa Timur bertujuan meningkatkan realibility dan sustainability dari pasokan gas PGN ke area Jawa Timur. Pada joint operation terminal LNG dengan terminal curah kering. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian terhadap bahaya kebakaran pada sektor industri minyak dan gas dengan menggunakan penerapan Pre-Fire Planning. Variabel input yang digunakan berupa data angin di perairan Teluk Lamong, dan hasil analisis lingkungan. Hasil identifikasi bahaya pada offloading FLNG menggunakan studi HAZID (Hazard Identification) didapatkan 5 faktor utama yang mungkin dapat menjadi penyebab dari kebakaran. Hasil analisis frekuensi yang berisiko dalam menyebabkan kebakaran, penulis menggunakan metode FTA (Fault tree analysis) didapatkan hasil faktor utama yaitu pada faktor manusia dengan probabilitas 0.074. Hasil simulasi kebakaran FLNG dengan diameter kebocoran 6 mm menunjukkan arah SW, WNW dan NW memerlukan tindak lanjut. Didapatkan hasil radius paling bahaya dalam kebakaran FLNG sebesar 10 meter, dengan radius terbesar 1100 meter.

LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is a subcategory of petroleum which is a mixture of hydrocarbon complexes that are formed naturally with a number of inorganic compounds. The construction of Receiving LNG Terminal at Multi-Purpose Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya East Java aims to increase the realibility and sustainability of PGN gas supply to East Java area. In the LNG terminal joint operation with dry bulk terminal. This final project aims to determine the prevention and control of fire hazards in the oil and gas industrial sector by using the implementation of Pre-Fire Planning. The input variables used are wind data in the waters of Lamong Bay, and the results of environmental analysis. The results of hazard identification in FLNG offloading using HAZID (Hazard Identification) study obtained 5 main factors that may be the cause of the fire. The results of the analysis of the frequency that berisk in causing fire, the author used the method of FTA (Fault tree analysis) obtained the results of the main factor that is in human factors with a probability of 0.074. The FLNG fire simulation results with a leak diameter of 6 mm indicate the direction of SW, WNW and NW requires follow-up. Obtained the result of the most dangerous radius in FLNG fires of 10 meters, with the largest radius of 1100 meters.
