Abstract

A survey conducted by Capgemini in 2016 resulted in several aspects that logistics service providers need to be successful, where these aspects are supply chain management accompanied by adjustments to technological developments. Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model version 12 can be applied to achieve these aspects to systematically manage supply chains in supply chain aspects of an organization. SCOR Model is used to identify processes and their relationships with other processes, and generate performance attributes based on these processes. This study uses the SCOR Model to form a supply chain performance measurement system, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of importance for each performance attribute, Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System to categorize performance results, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and analyze the results of supply chain performance in the company. This study resulted in seven performance indicators on the level-1 SCOR Model performance metrics and seventeen performance indicators on the SCOR Model level-2 performance metrics. The measurement of supply chain performance at the company's object of observation gets a value of 88% on the level-1 metric and 83.26% on the level-2 performance metric. The OMAX scoring system shows that there are 2 performance indicators that are in the poor performance zone, so an in-depth analysis using the RCA method is carried out to find out the cause.
