Abstract

Adakalanya ketika circuit breaker sedang melakukan proses pensaklaran terjadi suatu fenomena perubahan listrik secara tiba-tiba atau umumnya dikenal dengan istilah tegangan pemulihan transien/ Transient Recovery Voltage (TRV) yang dapat menggangu kestabilan sistem. Tegangan pemulihan transien merupakan suatu gangguan yang terjadi sesaat setelah proses gangguan arus. Dalam standar IEC yang dikhususkan untuk pengujian performansi circuit breaker dikenal dengan istilah 4-parameter tegangan pemulihan transien/TRV. Di mana, terbentuknya 4-parameter ini akan terjadi pada pengujian circuit breaker tegangan ekstra tinggi dengan rating tertentu. Disamping itu, terdapat hal lain yang dapat mempengaruhi bentuk dari 4-parameter TRV salah satunya, ketika komponen pada saluran dalam rangkaian dipertimbangkan nilainya. Selanjutnya, dibuat suatu desain model rangkaian ekivalen sistem dengan menggunakan software ATPDraw dan menganalisa hasil simulasinya, seberapa besar pengaruh dari variasi nilai komponen terhadap bentuk parameter TRV yang menggambarkan kinerja circuit breaker pada tegangan sistem tenaga listrik.

Sometimes when the circuit breaker is doing switching, a sudden electrical change phenomenon occurs and well-kown as Transient Recovery Voltage (TRV) which can disrupt the system’s stability. The transient recovery voltage is a fault that occurs shortly after the current faults process. In IEC standard which is indicated to testing the performance of circuit breakers, it is known as the 4-parameter transient recovery voltage/TRV. Where, the formation of this 4-parameter will only occur in testing of extra-high voltage circuit breakers with a certain rating. Besides that, there are other things that can affect the shape of the 4-parameter TRV one of them, when one of the components on the line in the circuit is considered in value. Next, a system equivalent circuit model design is made using ATPDraw software and analyzes the simulation results, how much influence the variation of component values has on the shape of the TRV parameter that describes the performance of the circuit breaker on the voltage of the electric power system.
