Abstract

Meningkatnya produksi bangunan lepas pantai selalu diiringi dengan banyaknya tingkat kebutuhan produksi pasar disektor minyak dan gas. Produksi minyak dan gas besar dilakukan pada area lepas pantai. Proses produksi bangunan lepas pantai salah satunya adalah loadout. Salah satu metode pelaksanaan loadout adalah lifting yang pada umumnya dibantu oleh struktur trunnion atau padeye. Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan analisis struktur trunnion dengan variasi konfigurasi rigging. Berdasarkan permodelan struktur jacket saat lifting dengan bantuan software SACS 12.0. Pada konfigurasi satu spreader didapatkan hasil member unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.91, joint unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.85 dan tegangan von mises pada trunnion LP-03 sebesar 117.75 MPa. Pada konfigurasi dua spreader bar didapatkan hasil member unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.83, joint unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.85 dan tegangan von mises pada trunnion LP-01 sebesar 103.68 MPa. Pada konfigurasi frame spreader bar didapatkan hasil member unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.86, joint unitycheck maksimum sebesar 0.84 dan tegangan von mises pada trunnion LP-01 sebesar 85.93 MPa.

Increasing production of offshore buildings is always accompanied by the increasing demand for market production in the oil and gas sector. Major oil and gas production is carried out in offshore areas. One of the offshore building production processes is loadout. One method of carrying out the loadout is lifting which is generally assisted by a trunnion or pad eye structure. In this study, a trunnion structure analysis will be carried out with various rigging configurations. Based on the jacket structure modeling when lifting with the help of SACS 12.0 software. In the one spreader configuration, the maximum unity check member results is 0.91, the maximum joint unity check is 0.85 and the von Mises stress on the LP-03 trunnion is 117.75 MPa. In the configuration of two spreader bars, the maximum member unity check results is 0.83, the maximum joint unity check is 0.85 and the von Mises stress on the LP-01 trunnion is 103.68 MPa. In the frame spreader bar configuration, the maximum unity check member results is 0.86, the maximum joint unity check is 0.84 and the von Mises stress on the LP-01 trunnion is 85.93 MPa.
