Abstract

Dengan visi “Perusahaan Amonia Terefisien di Dunia” dan salah satu misinya “Peduli Akan Kualitas, Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Lingkungan”, PT. Kaltim Parna Industri selalu berusaha untuk mengefisiensikan proses produksi dan
tetap peduli dengan dampak lingkungan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai dengan implementasi dari lean and green. Saat ini, PT Kaltim Parna Industri telah melakukan implementasi dari lean and green, namun belum melakukan
pengukuran terkait implementasi dari lean and green tersebut. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan lean and green assessment yang ada pada PT. Kaltim Parna Industri dengan metode fuzzy logic. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dimulai dari pengembangan tool yang dimulai dari identifikasi proses produksi,
penentuan kriteria dan indikator yang dilakukan dengan literature review dan didapatkan 15 kriteria dan 63 indikator yaitu time effectiveness, quality, process,
cost, transportation, inventory, continuous improvement, learning and growth,tangible, air, udara/energi, B3, dan non B3, validasi indikator dengan fuzzy delphi
bersama dengan perusahaan, dan penentuan cara penilaian serta pemetaan lean and green. Setelah proses pengembangan tool, didapatkan kriteria dan indikator akhir
sejumlah 13 kriteria dan 51 indikator pada pengembangan lean and green assessment yang dilakukan dalam proses validasi. Pada tahap implementasi, dilakukan assessment dengan metode fuzzy logic pada objek amatan dan didapatkan
kriteria terendah ada pada employee involvement dan Non-B3 dengan nilai 33% pada tiap kriterianya.

With the vision of “The World's Most Efficient Ammonia Company” and one of its missions “Care for Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment”, PT. Kaltim
Parna Industri always strives to streamline the production process and remains concerned with the environmental impact it provides. This can be achieved by implementing lean and green. Currently, PT Kaltim Parna Industri has implemented lean and green, but has not yet taken measurements related to the implementation
of lean and green. This final project will develop the lean and green assessment at PT. Kaltim Parna Industri with fuzzy logic method. The work on this final project
begins with developing a tool that starts with identifying the production process, determining criteria and indicators using a literature review and identifying 15
criteria and 63 indicators, namely time effectiveness, quality, process, cost, transportation, inventory, continuous improvement, learning and growth, tangible,
water, air/energy, Hazardous and toxic materials., and non- Hazardous and toxic materials. Then, the indicator validation phase was done by using fuzzy delphi with
some of company expert and determining the assessment method and lean and green mapping. After the tool development process, the final criteria and indicators
were 13 criteria and 51 indicators for the development of lean and green assessment which were done in the validation process. At the implementation stage, an
assessment was taken by using the fuzzy logic method on the observed object and the lowest criteria were found in employee involvement and Non- Hazardous and
toxic materials with a value of 33% for each criterion.
