Abstract

PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) bertaraf internasional menerapkan standar keamanan kapal dan fasilitas pelabuhan yang fokus terhadap kegiatan operasional kapal internasional. Lama waktu sandar kapal berperan penting terhadap jadwal sandar kapal selanjutnya. Estimasi lama waktu sandar harus dilakukan dengan akurasi tinggi. Analisis Regresi Nonparametrik Spline digunakan untuk melakukan estimasi lama waktu sandar kapal berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang diduga. Estimasi lama waktu sandar kapal yang dihasilkan dari model kombinasi titik knot 3-3-1 berkisar antara 11 jam 53 menit hingga 70 jam 20 menit. Faktor yang berpengaruh adalah jumlah petikemas yang dibongkar dan dimuat serta jumlah crane yang bekerja. Estimasi menggunakan Regresi Nonparametrik Spline lebih baik daripada metode yang digunakan oleh PT TPS.

PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) with international standards applies ship safety standards and port facilities that focus on international ship operations. The length of time for berthing plays an important role in the schedule for the next docking of ships. The estimation of the length of time of the berth must be done with high accuracy. Nonparametric Spline Regression Analysis is used to estimate the length of time for the ship to dock based on the suspected factors. The estimated length of time for the ship based on the 3-3-1 knot combination model ranges from 11 hours 53 minutes to 70 hours 20 minutes. The influencing factor is the number of unloaded and loaded containers and the number of working cranes. Estimation using Nonparametric Spline Regression is better than the method used by PT TPS.
