Abstract

Semua perusahaan baik yang bergerak di bidang jasa maupun manufaktur berusaha untuk meningkatkan performansi kinerja. Salah satu perfomansi yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah tercapainya target perusahaan. Asset Project Management Office (APMO) merupakan salah satu divisi dari perusahaan energi nasional memiliki target dalam menjalankan bisnis. Namun performansi kerja dalam proses bisnis ini terkendala dengan adanya keterbatasan atas kesediaan tenaga kerja. APMO memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengelola pekerjaan proyek investasi non-business development (NBD) di bidang pembangunan fasilitas penunjang bisnis perusahaan. Namun untuk melakukan pekerjaan ini, APMO hanya memiliki 3 orang pekerja yang tersedia. Workload analysis menentukan beban kerja yang dijalani pekerja dengan metode full time equivalent (M- FTE) dan NASA TLX. Analisis atas beban kerja memberikan rekomendasi jumlah pekerja ideal dan rekomendasi perbaikan dengan optimal. Hasil dari pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan pekerjaan yang diberikan overload dan tinggi sekali. Adapun akar penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pekerja, belum adanya alat ukur pengawasan dan ketidaksesuaian uraian tugas tanggung jawab pekerja dalam matrik RASCI dengan realisasi aktivitas yang dilakukan.

All services and manufacturing companies are trying to improve their performance. The measure performance is like give the best quality of the high performance. Asset Project Management Office (APMO) is a division in a national energy company engaged in asset management that also has a high business target. Measurement of work performance in this business process is constrained by limitations on the willingness of labor. Currently, the APMO function is responsible for managing the work of Non-business development (NBD) investment projects and engineering center in the construction of the Company’s business support facilities. However to do this work, APMO only has 3 engineer workers available To complete this work, a Work Load Analysis with the full time equivalent (M-FTE) method and NASA TLX is needed to determine that problems. Analysis of the workload provides recommendations for the ideal number of workers and recommendations for optimal improvement. The result of data processing can be said that the work given is overloaded and very high. The rootcauses are the lack of workers, the absence of measuring instruments and incompatibility of the job descriptions of workers responsibilities in the RASCI matrix with the realization of the activities carried out.
