Abstract

PT Aneka Timber & Furniture - Gresik merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang industri pengolahan kayu. Pada produksi pengolahan kayu PT Aneka Timber & Furniture - Gresik, sisa-sisa kayu hasil produksi tidak dibuang melainkan disatukan Kembali menggunakan mesin finger joint. Pada finger Joint terdapat 2 mesin yaitu mesin shaper wood dan mesin press. Pada mesin shaper wood di PT Aneka Timber & Furniture terdapat 9 silinder pneumatik sehingga perlu adanya PLC untuk mempermudah dalam operasi kerja dari silinder pneumatik dan mengkoordinasikan urutan langkah kerja dari silinder pneumatik.
Dalam membuat rangkaian PLC, perlu adanya algoritma sistem kontrol PLC dalam merencanakan rangkaian sehingga rangkaian yang diinginkan dapat dicapai dengan tepat. Dalam perancangan rangkaian ini yaitu mengubah sirkuit elektropneumatik menjadi rangkaian PLC dan dalam perancangannya menggunakan Festo Fec -Fc 34.
Dari rangkaian yang telah dibuat, sistem kontrol elektropneumatik pada mesin shaper wood dapat dikembangkan menjadi sistem PLC dengan diikuti membuat Logaritma Perencanaan dan diagram alir Perencanaan pembuatan Ladder Diagram Programmable Logic Controller.

PT Aneka Timber & Furniture – Gresik, is one of the industrial companies engaged in the wood processing industry. In the wood processing production of PT Aneka Timber & Furniture Gresik, the remaining wood from the production is not removed but put back together using a finger joint machine. At the finger joint there are 2 machines, namely a wood shaper machine and a press machine. On the wood shaper machine at PT Aneka Timber & Furniture there are 9 pneumatic cylinders so it is necessary to have a PLC to facilitate the working operation of the pneumatic cylinder and coordinate the sequence of the work steps of the pneumatic cylinder.
In making a PLC circuit, it is necessary to have a PLC control system algorithm in planning the circuit so that the desired circuit can be achieved precisely. In designing this circuit, it is changing the electropneumatic circuit into a PLC circuit and in its design using Festo Fec -Fc 34.
From the circuit that has been made, the electropneumatic control system on the wood shaper machine can be developed into a PLC system followed by making Planning Logarithms and Planning flow diagrams for making Ladder Diagram Programmable Logic Controllers.
