Abstract

PT. Petrokimia Gresik bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur dengan hasil produksinya berupa pupuk organik. Untuk menjaga agar kualitas produk tetap terjaga, maka PT. Petrokimia Gresik senantiasa berupaya untuk melakukan perubahan dan peningkatan khususnya pada keandalan mesin. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kerusakan yang terjadi sewaktu-waktu sebelum interval perawatan menyebabkan adanya kegiatan overhaul dan replacement atau corrective maintenance yang menimbulkan adanya downtime dan kemacetan atau berhentinya proses produksi serta biaya perawatan yang semakin besar sehingga menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup berarti bagi perusahaan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance II dengan memadukan analisis kualitatif yang meliputi FMEA dan RCM II Decision Worksheet. Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance II ini digunakan untuk menentukan kegiatan dan interval perawatan berdasarkan pada RCM II Decision Worksheet sesuai dengan fungsi dan sistem dari Pompa P-6202 dan FMEA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kegagalan serta efek yang ditimbulkan dari kegagalan tersebut.
Deaerator Feed Water Pump (P-6202) merupakan equipment penting yang ada di Pabrik Asam Sulfat PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Jenis Pompa ini adalah Horizontal Centrifugal Pump. Fungsi pompa ini adalah untuk memompa Deminerlized Water dari Water Treatment plant dimasukkan ke Deaerator. Melalui hasil analisa reliability diketahui bahwa Pompa P-6202 memiliki nilai keandalan 0,599781897 pada 1112 jam waktu operasional. Interval maintenance overhaul dapat dilakukan sebelum 1100 jam operasional untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan mencegah terjadinya breakdown dengan kombinasi preventive maintenance.

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is engaged in the manufacturing industry with its production in the form of organic fertilizer. To maintain product quality, PT. Petrokimia Gresik always strives to make changes and improvements, especially in engine reliability. The problem faced is that damage that occurs at any time before the maintenance interval causes overhaul and replacement or corrective maintenance activities that cause downtime and congestion or cessation of the production process as well as increasing maintenance costs, causing significant losses for the company.
The research method used is Reliability Centered Maintenance II by combining qualitative analysis which includes FMEA and RCM II Decision Worksheet. The Reliability Centered Maintenance II method is used to determine maintenance activities and intervals based on the RCM II Decision Worksheet according to the function and system of the P-6202 Pump and FMEA is used to identify the cause of failure and the effects of the failure.
Deaerator Feed Water Pump (P-6202) is an important equipment in the Sulfuric Acid Plant of PT. Gresik Petrochemicals. This type of pump is a Horizontal Centrifugal Pump. The function of this pump is to pump Demineralized Water from the Water Treatment plant into the Deaerator. Through the results of reliability analysis, it is known that the P-6202 pump has a reliability value of 0.599781897 at 1112 hours of operating time. Overhaul maintenance intervals can be carried out before 1100 operating hours to increase reliability and prevent breakdowns with a combination of preventive maintenance.
