Abstract

Pelaksanaan aktivitas servis pada PT. Surya Segara Safety Marine Surabaya membutuhkan keterlibatan Teknisi dan Surveyor secara langsung. Hal tersebut menyebabkan teknisi dan surveyor menjadi subjek yang selalu bersinggungan dengan bahaya pada lingkungan tempat kerja. Hasil Identifikasi Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan laporan kecelakaan menunjukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan adalah unsafe behavior/unsafe acts sebagai indikator safety culture pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi safety culture maturiry level serta memberikan ekomendasi perbaikan. Pengukuran safety culture maturity level dilakukan menggunakkan wawancara dan kuesioner berdasarkan Safety Model Canvas, Safety Health of Maintenance Engineering tools, dan Model Cooper’s Recripocal Safety. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa nilai safety culture maturity level perusahaan adalah 3,50 yang berada pada level calculative. Setelah itu, dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan menggunakkan Pareto Analysis dan Root Cause Analysis dan didapatkan lima masalah utama safety culture maturity level perusahaan.
Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, rekomendasi perbaikan yang disusun meliputi Safety culture adalah program Management by Walking Around (MBWA), safety patrol, sistem informasi K3, program reward and punishment, dan safety campaign.

The service activities at PT. Surya Segara Safety Marine Surabaya requires the involvement of Technicians and Surveyor directly. That causes Technicians and Surveyor to be the subject that always come into contact with hazards in the workplace. The result of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and accident reports of Service Department show that the cause of accident is unsafe behavior/unsafe acts as an indicator of safety culture in the company. The purpose of this study is to measure and evaluate the safety culture maturity level and provide recommendations for the improvement. Safety culture maturity level measurements were conducted using interview and questionnaires based on Safety Model Canvas, Safety Health of Maintenance Engineering tools, and Cooper's Recripocal Safety Model. The measurement results showed that the company's safety culture maturity level was 3.50 which was at the calculative level. After that, identification of problems using Pareto Analysis and Root Cause Analysis obtained five main problems of safety culture maturity at the company level. Based on these issues, the recommendations for the safety culture’s improvement are Management by Walking Around (MBWA), safety patrol, information system, reward and punishment, and safety campaign.
