Abstract

Penelitian tugas akhir ini berkaitan dengan pemodelan keberterimaan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan m-learning berdasarkan faktor fasilitas dan perilaku mahasiswa di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan studi kasus di Teknik Fisika ITS. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemodelan yaitu kombinasi logika fuzzy DEMATEL dan ANP yang diharapkan dari pemodelan dapat mengetahui keberterimaan mahasiswa berdasarkan variabel konstruk memfasilitasi kondisi, persepsi kontrol perilaku, niat perilaku, dan perilaku penggunaan m- learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari pemodelan fuzzy DEMATEL menghasilkan diagram sebab-akibat antar variabel dimana variabel persepsi kontrol perilaku (KP) dan persepsi memfasilitasi kondisi (FK) berlaku sebagai penyebab, sedangkan variabel niat perilaku (NP) dan perilaku penggunaan m-learning (PP) berlaku sebagai akibat. Hasil pemodelan fuzzy ANP menunjukkan nilai CR sebesar 0,04993 sehingga dapat dikatakan matriks konsisten dan reliabel. Tingkat pengaruh variabel keberterimaan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan m-learning jika diurutkan dari bobotnya yang terbesar yaitu variabel persepsi kontrol perilaku (KP), variabel persepsi memfasilitasi kondisi (FK), perilaku penggunaan m-learning (PP), dan niat perilaku (NP) dengan bobot masing-masing variabel 0,57162; 0,30479; 0,07627; dan 0,04731.

This final project research is related to modeling student acceptance of using m-learning based on facility factors and student behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic with a case study in Engineering Physics ITS. The method used for modeling is a combination of fuzzy logic DEMATEL and ANP which is expected from modeling to determine student acceptance based on construct variables of facilitating conditions, perceived behavioral control, behavior intention to use, and usage behavior of m-learning. The results show that fuzzy DEMATEL modeling produces causal diagrams between variables where the perceived behavioral control (PBC) and perceived facilitating conditions (FC) are the causes, while the behavior intention to use (BIU) and usage behavior of m-learning (UBmL) variables occurs as effect. The results of fuzzy ANP modeling show CR value 0,04993 so it can be said that the matrix is consistent and reliable. The level of influence of the student acceptance variable on the use of m-learning if sorted from the largest weight are the behavioral control perception variable (KP), the perception variable facilitating conditions (FK), m-learning use behavior (PP), and behavioral intention (NP) with a weight each variable 0.57162; 0.30479; 0.07627; and 0.04731.
