Abstract

Keberadaan Terminal LNG Teluk Lamong Surabaya diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan gas Jawa Timur diatas 160 mmscfd. Kondisi perairan Terminal LNG Teluk Lamong Surabaya yang dangkal tidak memungkinkan untuk bersandar kapal pemasok LNG, sehingga diperlukannya pekerjaan pengerukan guna mengakomodasi kapal yang akan bersandar. Kedalaman desain keruk yang ditentukan adalah 10 meter dengan total volume material keruk sebanyak 402.043,4 m3. Desain area keruk termasuk alur masuk, area turning basin dan kolam labuh. Pekerjaan pengerukan akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan armada keruk clamp shell dengan kapasitas buckat 20 m3 , hopper barge kapasitas 2.600 m3 yang ditunjang tug boat untuk mobilisasi, dan trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) kapasitas 4.083 m3. Total waktu pekerjaan adalah 79 hari dengan rincian clamp shell akan mengeruk selama 33 hari dan TSHD mengeruk selama 46 hari. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan selama pekerjaan pengerukan adalah Rp. 32.159.403.650,-

The existence of the Teluk Lamong LNG Terminal in Surabaya is expected to meet East Java's gas supply needs above 160 mmscfd. The shallow waters of the Teluk Lamong LNG Terminal in Surabaya do not allow the LNG supply ship to dock, so dredging work is needed to accommodate the ships that will dock. The design depth of the dredge is 10 meters with a total volume of dredged material as much as 402,043.4 m3. The dredge area design includes inlets, turning basin areas and anchorage ponds. The dredging work will be carried out using a clamp shell dredger with a bucket capacity of 20 m3, a hopper barge with a capacity of 2,600 m3 supported by a tug boat for mobilization, and a trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) with a capacity of 4,083 m3. The total work time is 79 days with details of clamp shell dredging for 33 days and TSHD dredging for 46 days. The total cost incurred during the dredging work is Rp. 32.159.403.650,-
