Abstract
Perusahaan Industri gas merupakan salah satu tempat kerja dengan tingkat resiko rawan kecelakaan. Hal ini diakibatkan adanya kesalahan-kesalahan kecil yang tidak disadari dengan akibat yang sangat fatal. Umumnya kecelakaan yang terjadi diakibatkan oleh tabung-tabung gas yang rusak mengakibatkan ledakan yang besar diakibatkan tekanan gas yang besar didalam silinder gas, yang akhirnya merugikan perusahaan maupun konsumen. Silinder gas merupakan komponen terpenting yang berfungsi menyimpan gas bertekanan didalamnya, maka perlu dilakukan pengecekan dan perawatan khusus secara berkala demi menghindari kecelakaan kerja di lapangan. Dengan faktor-faktor tersebut dibuatlah sistem pemeliharaan High Pressure Cylinder Gas dan Instruksi Kerja demi menjaga keselamatan pekerja dari resiko-resiko kecelakaan yang sering terjadi agar prosedur pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar operasional yang berlaku di PT. NIGI. Dibuatnya prosedur proses sistem pemelihaaraan High Pressure Cylinder Gas di bengkel CMC ini membuat pekerjaan lebih aman demi menghindari sesuatu buruk yang tidak diinginkan, dan juga dapat menjaga kualitas tabung gas agar sesuai dengan standar keamanan yang berlaku sehingga aman bagi pekerja maupun konsumen. ==================================================================================================================The gas industry company is one of the workplaces with a high level of accident-prone risk. This is due to the existence of small mistakes that are not realized with very fatal consequences. Generally, accidents that occur are caused by damaged gas cylinders resulting in a large explosion due to high gas pressure in the gas cylinder, which ultimately harms the company and consumers. The gas cylinder is the most important component that functions to store pressurized gas in it, so it is necessary to check and special care periodically to avoid work accidents in the field. With these factors, a High-Pressure Cylinder Gas maintenance system and Work Instructions were made to maintain the safety of workers from the risks of accidents that often occur so that work procedures are following operational standards that apply at PT. NIGI. The process procedure for the High-Pressure Cylinder Gas maintenance system at the CMC workshop makes work safer to avoid unwanted things, and can also maintain the quality of gas cylinders to comply with applicable safety standards so that they are safe for workers and consumers.
