Abstract
Salah satu indikator dari keberhasilan kinerja organisasi adalah tercapainya target, visi, dan misi suatu perusahaan. Pengukuran budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu hal penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi di perusahaan. Budaya organisasi juga turut menunjang terbentuknya karakteristik perusahaan yang dimana juga mempengaruhi ketercapaian target perusahaan. Kajian budaya organisasi yang dilakukan pada PT Telkom Indonesia Regional V bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar hipotesa pengaruh dari setiap dimensi budaya terhadap kinerja organisasi berdasarkan teori hofstede dan variabel budaya lainnya. Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya perubahan proses bisnis dan anggota organisasi (milenial) yang diikuti dengan penyesuaian terhadap budaya organisasi. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini berupa organizational culture, transformational leadership, individual innovativeness and flexibility, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, dan organizational performance. Pengukuran budaya organisasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang mendukung proses pengolahan data secara statistik untuk memvisualisasikan hipotesa hubungan antar variabel secara simultan. Output yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini, berupa hasil kajian yang menunjukkan seberapa signifikan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel budaya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa H1, H2, H4, dan H6 diterima. Sedangkan H3, H7, H8, dan H9 ditolak karena nilai dari t-value < 1,96. Namun untuk H5 dihilangkan, untuk memberikan treatment atas anomali persebaran data yang kurang merata sehingga diperoleh hasil uji hipotesa yang optimal. Dari hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu acuan baik untuk proses pengembangan karyawan hingga pengambilan kebijakan bagi perusahaan.

One indicator of a success organizational performance is target that is achieved, vision and mission of a company. Organizational culture measurement is one of the important things that affects organizational performance in the company. Organizational culture also supports the formation of company characteristics which also affect the achievement of company targets. The study of organizational culture is conducted at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional V to test how much the hypothesis of each cultural dimension influence organizational performance based on the theory of hofstede and other cultural variables. This research is based on changes in business processes and organizational members (millennial) followed by adjustments to organizational culture. The variables tested in this study are organizational Culture, transformational leadership, individual innovativeness and flexibility, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational performance. Measurement of organizational culture is carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method which supports statistical data processing to visualize the hypothesized relationship between variables simultaneously. The expected output from this research is a form of a study that shows how significant the influence of each cultural variable on organizational performance. The results of the hypothesis test show that H1, H2, H4, and H6 are accepted. Meanwhile, H3, H7, H8, and H9 were rejected because the t-value < 1.96. However, H5 is removed to provide treatment for the anomaly of the prevalent distribution of data so that the optimal hypothesis test results can be obtained. From that results can be used for a good reference for the employee development process and policy establishment for the company.
