Abstract

1.Perancangan rumah tinggal 2 lantai bergaya arsitektur modern di Perumahan Villa Edelweiss Surabaya yang pemiliknya menginginkan hunian berkonsep healthy house, yaitu hunian yang merespon kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna untuk berperan sebagai hunian yang memiliki fasilitas olahraga bagi user serta memiliki penghawaan dan pencahayaan alami dimana aktivitas utama yang ditekankan adalah tempat beristirahat, bersantai dan menikmati kenyamanan rumah. Sehingga estetika yang dibentuk mengarah pada tujuan untuk memberi kenyamanan, baik visual, fisik maupun psikis pengguna. Ruang dalam hunian didominasi oleh ruang berkumpul yang diwujudkan dalam ruang olahraga, ruang untuk menyalurkan hobby dan ruang berkumpul lainnya. Konsep natural direspon dengan menggunakan warna-warna warm to monochrome atau warna netral alami pada elemen-elemen bangunannya. 2. Gedung DITRESKRIMSUS POLDA Jawa Timur merupakan Gedung perkantoran yang bergaya arsitektur modern, berletak di Kawasan POLDA Jawa Timur Surabaya. Rancangan proyek ini merespon kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna yang menginginkan kantor modern dengan konsep clean. Selain dikonsepkan untuk berperan sebagai kantor yang memiliki fungsi maksimal, gedung ini juga dikonsepkan memiliki tampak yang didominasi oleh kaca dan ACP agar terlihat clean. Jika dalam perkantoran menggunakan AC agar menjaga kenyamanan pengguna yang banyak, maka yang dapat dimaksimalkan adalah penggunaan pencahayaan alami. Selain sinar matahari yang dapat masuk, view bangunan sekitar akan menjadi nilai tambah jika dilihat dari level yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga estetika yang dibentuk mengarah pada tujuan untuk memberi kenyamanan, baik visual, fisik maupun psikis pengguna.

The design of a 2-storey residential house in a modern architectural style at the Villa Edelweiss Housing Surabaya whose owner wants a residence with a healthy house concept, namely a residence that responds to the needs and desires of users to act as a residence that has sports facilities for the user and has natural ventilation and lighting where the main activity the emphasis is on a place to rest, relax and enjoy the comforts of home. So that the aesthetics that are formed lead to the goal of providing comfort, both visually, physically and psychologically to the user. The space in the residence is dominated by a gathering room which is manifested in a sports room, a space to channel hobbies and other gathering spaces. The natural concept is responded to by using warm to monochrome colors or natural neutral colors in the building elements. 2. The East Java POLDA DITRESKRIMSUS Building is an office building with a modern architectural style, located in the POLDA area of ​​East Java, Surabaya. This project design responds to the needs and desires of users who want a modern office with a clean concept. In addition to being conceptualized to act as an office that has maximum functions, this building is also conceptualized to have an appearance that is dominated by glass and ACP to make it look clean. If the office uses air conditioning in order to maintain the comfort of many users, what can be maximized is the use of natural lighting. In addition to sunlight that can enter, the view of the surrounding buildings will be an added value when viewed from a higher level. So that the aesthetics that are formed lead to the goal of providing comfort, both visually, physically and psychologically to the user.
