Abstract
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dalam rangka mewujudkan World Class University dan mencapai tujuan Smart-Eco Campus menjadi salah satu instansi yang sangat berpotensi dalam melakukan investasi teknologi Photovoltaic. Hal ini memungkinkan karena Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember memiliki luas bangunan dengan skala yang cukup besar. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun dari Sarpras ITS dan Google Earth, total luas lahan/atap yang berpotensi untuk dipasang PV adalah sebesar 20,232.1044 m2. Selain itu, daerah Kampus ITS memiliki potensi energi matahari yang cukup besar. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan pengolahan data dari Global Solar Atlas, total energi estimasi yang didapat dari pemasangan PV di luas lahan/atap yang berpotensi dipasang PV adalah sebesar 38,375,583 kWh per tahunya. Dengan besarnya potensi lahan dan energi tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisis perencanaan pemasangan PV. PLTS yang akan dikembangkan diintegrasikan dengan jaringan PLN atau biasa disebut on-grid. PLTS yang akan dikembangkan memiliki kapasitas total sebesar 2024.8 kWP dengan produksi energi listrik per tahunya adalah sebesar 3,875,464 kWh per tahunya. PLTS ini menggunakan PV 200 Wp sebanyak 10,124 buah dan inverter 50 kW sebanyak 67 buah. Berdasarkan analisis keekonomian, diperoleh biaya energinya sebesar Rp 1,312.95/ kWh. Selain itu dengan menggunakan metode NPV, IRR, PBP, dan PI, PLTS ITS layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in order to realize a World Class University and achieve the goal of Smart-Eco Campus to become one of the institutions with great potential in investing in Photovoltaic technology. This is possible because the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology has a building area with a fairly large scale. Based on data collected from ITS Sarpras and Google Earth, the total area of land/roof that has the potential to be installed with PV is 20,232,1044 m2. In addition, the ITS Campus area has a large enough potential for solar energy. Based on the simulation results and data processing from the Global Solar Atlas, the total estimated energy obtained from the installation of PV in the area of land/roof that has the potential to be installed with PV is 38,375,583 kWh per year. With the large potential of land and energy, then an analysis of PV installation planning is carried out. The PLTS to be developed is integrated with the PLN network or commonly called on-grid. The PLTS to be developed has a total capacity of 2024.8 kWP with annual electricity production of 3,875.464 kWh. This PLTS uses 10,124 units of 200 Wp PV and 67 units of 50 kW inverter. Based on the economic analysis, the energy cost is Rp. 1,312.95/kWh. In addition, by using the NPV, IRR, PBP, and PI methods, ITS PLTS is feasible to implement.
