Abstract

Rumah adalah tempat seseorang kembali setelah melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan diluar. Rumah menjadi tempat berkumpul bagi sebuah keluarga untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas dan beristirahat. Di dunia produktif ini, manusia memerlukan titik balik baginya untuk sekedar relaksasi, melepas penat dari pekerjaan, serta melepaskan diri sejenak dari kehidupan sosialnya mulai dari lingkup paling kecilnya, yaitu bersama dengan keluarga di rumah. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menciptakan waktu berkualitas bersama keluarga bersama keluarga tercinta di rumah. ALANA House, mencoba untuk memahami kebutuhan penghuninya. Mulai dari memetakan aktivitas penghuni, memprediksi prilaku, hingga bagaimana memanfaatkan kebiasaan dari penghuni untuk menciptakan waktu berkualitas bersama keluarga di rumah.

Rumah adalah tempat seseorang dapat melakukan banyak kegiatan bersama keluarga. Pada masa ini, populasi manusia semakin meningkat dan mengakibatkan adanya penyempitan lahan. Hal ini tentunya menjadi kendala bagi manusia untuk memiliki rumah tinggal yang mampu memfasilitasi berbagai kegiatan di dalamnya. Namun, manusia merupakan salah satu makhluk hidup yang fleksibel dan pandai beradaptasi. BM House tercipta dari keinginan penghuni yang kemudian diselaraskan dengan kebutuhannya. Dengan konsep rumah minimalis, BM House mencoba untuk mengorganisasikan aktivitas pengguna dalam rumah pada lahan yang sempit sehingga penghuninyya dapat tetap melakukan kegiatan seperti biasa dengan nyaman.

Home is a place where a person returns after doing various kinds of activities outside. The house is a gathering place for a family to do various activities and rest. In this productive world, humans need a turning point for them to just relax, release stresses from work, and some detachment from their social life starting from the smallest scope, which is being together with their own family at home. This goal can be achieved fully by creating a bunch of ‘quality times’ with family and loved ones at home. ALANA House, tries to understand the needs of its residents. Starting by mapping the resident’s activities, predicting behavior, and understanding how to utilize human habits of residents to create quality time with family at home.
Home is a place where people can do many activities with their family. At this time, the increase of human population resulting land narrowing. This is certainly an obstacle and becoming constraints for humans to have a house that is able to facilitate various activities in it. However, humans are flexible and adaptable living creatures. BM House was created from the wishes of the residents which were then harmonized with their needs. With the concept of a minimalist house, BM House tries to organize user activities in the house on a narrow area so that its residents can continue to carry out activities as usual comfortably.
