Abstract
Pada bulan Maret 2020 telah terjadi pandemi COVID-19 yang menyebabkan pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan Work from Home (WFH). Berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah, sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia mengharuskan penerapan School from Home (SFH) dan melakukan pembelajaran secara daring. Ditengah pandemi COVID-19, dikembangkan sebuah Community Based Learning Platform bernama Zedemy untuk mengintegrasikan sosial media dengan online learning platform. Penerapan Zedemy sendiri masih belum seberapa populer di kalangan guru, maupun siswa di Indonesia, terbukti dengan jumlah peserta seluruh course di Zedemy sebanyak 329 orang dengan mayoritas dari pengguna Zedemy adalah civitas Departemen Sistem Informasi ITS.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna dan minat penggunaan berdasarkan kesukarelaan penggunaan (Voluntariness of Use) dari pengguna Zedemy sebagai media pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19 menggunakan metode UTAUT. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan melalui survei yang disebar ke pengguna Zedemy yang pernah menggunakan minimal satu online learning platform lain selain Zedemy. Kemudian data tersebut akan diuji menggunakan metode SEM dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang akan diuji adalah performance expectancy, effort expectation, social influence, dan facilitating condition, yang nantinya akan dianalisa dengan variabel moderator seperti umur (age), jenis kelamin (gender), dan juga pengalaman (experience), serta kesukarelaan penggunaan (Voluntariness of use) yang akan menunjukkan behavioral intention dan use behavior siswa pengguna Zedemy.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif dalam penerimaan siswa terhadap Zedemy dengan mengacu ke model UTAUT beserta rekomendasi upaya peningkatan aplikasi Zedemy. Dari olah data menggunakan SmartPLS 3, ditemukan bahwa variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, serta variabel Facilitating Condition dan Behavioral Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior.

In March 2020 there was a COVID-19 pandemic which caused the government to implement a Work from Home (WFH) policy. Based on government regulations, schools in Indonesia require the implementation of School from Home (SFH) and conduct online learning. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a Community Based Learning Platform called Zedemy was developed to integrate social media with online learning platforms. The application of Zedemy itself is not yet popular among teachers, as well as students in Indonesia, as evidenced by the number of participants in all courses at Zedemy as many as 337 people and 11 teachers with the majority of Zedemy users being members of the ITS Information Systems Department.
This study aims to evaluate user acceptance and usage interest based on the voluntary use of Zedemy users as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic using the UTAUT method. Data collection will be carried out through surveys distributed to Zedemy users who have used at least one online learning platform other than Zedemy. Then the data will be tested using the SEM method with the SmartPLS3 tool. In this study, the variables to be tested are performance expectancy, effort expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions, which will later be analyzed with moderator variables such as age, gender, and experience, as well as volunteer use. (Voluntariness of use) which will show the behavioral intention and use behavior of students using Zedemy.
The results of this study are the analysis of the most significant and positive factors in student acceptance of Zedemy with reference to the UTAUT model along with recommendations for efforts to improve Zedemy applications. From the data processing using SmartPLS 3, it was found that the positive and significant influencing factors were the Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Condition variables on Behavioral Intention and Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior. This indicates that Zedemy's student acceptance factors for interest in use are business expectations and adequate conditions, while for Zedemy student acceptance factors that affect usage behavior variables are interest in use.
