Abstract

Hunian dengan konsep ramah lansia sangat penting bagi para lansia. Karena ada beberapa ketentuan desain khusus yang harus dipenuhi dalam proses perancangannya. Beberapa diantaranya berupa sirkulasi di setiap ruangan membutuhkan lebar 1,2 m sesuai dengan standar alat bantu jalan lansia, adanya akses ramp pada pintu masuk, serta jenis finishing lantai, dinding, dan pintu juga disesuaikan. Dengan adanya beberapa ketentuan rancangan yang telah disebutkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah penghuni lansia dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Hunian ini terdiri dari dua lantai dengan desain modern yang menyatu dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya.
Lokasi rancangan perkantoran ini berada di daerah yang memang khusus untuk area perkantoran di daerah Surabaya. Fungsi gedung perkantoran yang dirancang merupakan rental office yang kemudian akan disewakan kepada kantor-kantor yang membutuhkan. Mengenai konsep desain dari gedung perkantoran ini tetap mempertahankan dari desain PT. Archimetric yaitu desain modern dan hemat energi dengan fasad yang dominan kaca namun tetap hemat energi karena menggunakan material Double Glass + Coating Low E yang mampu mereduksi sinar matahari dan memaksimalkan daylighting. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 8 lantai dan 1 basement.

Residential with an elderly-friendly concept is very important for the elderly. Because there are some special design requirements that must be met in the design process. Some of them are in the form of circulation in each room requiring a width of 1.2 m in accordance with the standards for elderly walkers, access to ramps at the entrance, as well as types of floor, wall and door finishing are also adjusted. With some of the design provisions that have been mentioned, it is hoped that it will make it easier for elderly residents in their daily lives. This residence consists of two floors with a modern design that blends with the surrounding environment.
The location of this office design is in an area that is specifically for office areas in the Surabaya area. The function of the designed office building is a rental office which will then be rented out to offices in need. Regarding the design concept of this office building, it still maintains the design of PT. Archimetric which is a modern and energy efficient design with a glass dominant facade but still energy efficient because it uses Double Glass + Coating Low E material which is able to reduce sunlight and maximize daylighting. This building consists of 8 floors and 1 basement.
