Abstract

Kurangnya perhatian masyarakat luas terhadap kelompok difabel adalah hal yang paling umum ditemui. Bisa dilihat dengan masih banyaknya fasilitas-fasilitas umum seperti ramp, guiding blocks, trotoar, dan yang lain-lain yang masih belum ramah diakses. Di Madiun, hal ini berdampak pada
kurangnya peserta pelatihan pra-kerja dari kelompok difabel (utamanya tuna daksa) karena sulitnya akses masuk dan bergerak dalam ruangan pelatihan. Sehingga tidak ada kesempatan bagi mereka untuk ikut berpartisipasi. Perancangan ini berusaha menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang dialami tuna daksa khususnya yang bertempat tinggal di Kota Madiun dan sekitarnya melalui metode force-based framework dan pengkajian tentang budaya dan kebutuhan masyarakatnya.
Melalui Pusat Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Keterampilan Tuna
Daksa ini, pendekatan arsitektur inklusif hadir untuk menyesuaikan kondisi bangunan yang nyaman diakses oleh kalangan tuna daksa. Sehingga harapan kedepannya, mereka dapat mengeksplor kemampuan yang mereka miliki sebebas mungkin.

The public attention to the disability person is still lacking until this day until its became a common thing.There are many evidences we can see in the public facilities, such as ramps, guiding blocks, sidewalks, and others. In Madiun, this resulted by the number lack of pre-employment training
participation from the disability group (especially the physically disabled) due to the difficulty of accessing and movement in the training room. So that there is no opportunity for them for participate.This seeks to answer various problems that experienced by the disabilities, especially those who lived in Madiun City its surroundings
through a force-based framework method and the study about the culture and needs of its people.Through this Training and Skill Development Center, the inclusive architecture for the approach is for adjusting the building from its condition, so the user can explore the building comfortly. And so in the future, they can explore their skills as freely as possible.
