Abstract

NPK merupakan pupuk majemuk yang terdiri dari unsur nitrogen, phosphor dan kalium. Proses produksi pupuk NPK menggunakan metode mixed acid route. Pabrik dengan kapasitas 450.000 ton/tahun didirikan di Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur pada tahun 2025.
Proses pembuatan pupuk NPK yaitu melakukan pencampuran bahan baku padat (Urea, ZA, KCl) dengan bahan baku cair (NH3, H2SO4, H3PO4) didalam granulator sehingga membentuk butiran granul. Lalu pengeringan oleh rotary dryer. Setelah itu produk onsize didapatkan melalui pemisahan dengan screen. Tahap pendinginan dilakukan dengan rotary cooler. Tahap pelapisan menggunakan.
Pabrik dirancang beroperasi secara kontinyu selama 300 hari/tahun. Kebutuhan bahan baku yang digunakan adalah 221,18 ton/hari NH3, 477,36 ton/hari H3PO4, 357,75 ton/hari H2SO4, 15 ton/hari CO(NH2)2, 179,24 ton/hari (NH4)2SO4, 275 ton/hari KCl, Coating Powder & Oil masing-masing sebesar 1,059 ton/hari. Pada pabrik NPK ini membutuhkan Fixed Capital Rp. 95.326.034.540,99. Working Capital sebesar Rp16.822.241.389,59. Analisis ekonomi pabrik menunjukkan nilai IRR sebesar 37%. POT yaitu selama 5 tahun 11 bulan . Serta nilai BEP 18% yang terjadi pada kapasitas produksi Rp. 82203,0374 ton per tahun. Dan nilai NVP sebesar Rp. 119.561.747.095,16. Berdasarkan data analisis ekonomi tersebut, pabrik pupuk NPK ini layak untuk didirikan.

In this NPK factory requires Fixed Capital Rp. 95,326,034,540.99. Working Capital of Rp. 16,822,241,389.59. The factory economic analysis shows the IRR value of 37%. POT is for 5 years 11 months. And the BEP value of 18% that occurs in the production capacity of Rp. 82203.0374 tons per year. And the NVP value is Rp. 119,561,747,095.16. Based on the economic analysis data, this NPK fertilizer factory is feasible to be established.
