Abstract
Proses pencatatan stok masuk dan keluar pada raw material
warehouse di PT Parametrik Solusi Integrasi menggunakan formulir
hardcopy dan Microsoft Excel berjalan tidak efisien. Pengawasan
rekap stok juga tidak real-time. Sementara proyek dan produksi di PT
Parametrik Solusi Integrasi bersifat massive, mobile, dan variative,
maka dibutuhkan media yang praktis, mudah, dan portabel untuk
mempercepat aktivitasnya. Penulis melakukan perancangan dan
pengembangan aplikasi seluler WAMSY untuk membantu sistem
manajemen gudang dengan mengintegrasi proses pencatatan stok
masuk, stok keluar, pemesanan stok, serta laporan stok ke dalam satu
aplikasi. Sementara, metode modified waterfall dipilih untuk
mempercepat pengembangan aplikasi seluler karena bisa kembali ke
fase sebelumnya secara fleksibel. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian
menggunakan metode black box dan didapatkan hasil dimana proses
manajemen gudang dapat diintegrasi dalam satu aplikasi. Nilai
persentase fungsionalitas aplikasi sebesar 96,46% serta nilai persentase
88% dengan kriteria sangat layak menurut pendapat pengguna.

The process of recording incoming and outgoing stock at the raw
material warehouse at PT Parametric Solusi Integrasi using hardcopy
forms and Microsoft Excel was running inefficiently. Monitoring stock
recap is also not real-time. While projects and production at PT
Parametric Solusi Integrasi are massive, mobile, and varied, practical,
easy, and portable media are needed to accelerate their activities. The
author designed and developed the WAMSY mobile application to
assist the warehouse management system by integrating the process of
recording incoming stock, outgoing stock, stock ordering, and stock
reports into one application. Meanwhile, the modified waterfall method
was chosen to accelerate mobile application development because it
can flexibly return to the previous phase. Then tested using the black
box method and the results were obtained where the warehouse
management process can be integrated into one application. The
percentage value of the application functionality is 96.46% and the
percentage value is 88% with very decent criteria according to user
opinions.
