Abstract
PT. GMIN menyediakan jasa layanan after sales berupa servis yang berbentuk
kontrak kepada pelanggannya. Pelayanan after sales tersebut meliputi preventive
maintenance dan troubleshooting. Pada kondisi eksisting, kebijakan persediaan
belum tersusun dengan baik sehingga beberapa item mengendap di gudang.
Berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi pola permintaan, permintaan terkait spare part yang
dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi layanan after sales compactor ini sebagian besar
memiliki pola lumpy. Pada penelitian dilakukan penyusunan kebijakan dengan
metode continuous review dengan membandingkan metode (s,S) dan (s,Q).
Parameter kebijakan tersebut disusun dengan melakukan simulasi monte carlo dan
enumerasi. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi tersebut beberapa spare part lebih cocok
diterapkan metode (s,S) karena mampu memberikan total biaya terendah dan
service level lebih dari 90%. Perancangan dashboard berbasis VBA Excel
dilakukan untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan monitoring spare
part yang disimpan. Dashboard tersebut dirancang dengan menerapkan MRP agar
dapat mengetahui jumlah aktual persediaan, estimasi penerimaan pesananan,
rekomendasi kapan harus melakukan replenishment berdasarkan kebijakan
persediaan yang ditetapkan.

PT. GMIN provides after sales services in the form of services in the form
of contracts to its customers. The after sales services include preventive
maintenance and troubleshooting. In the existing condition, the inventory policy
has not been well structured so that some items settle in the warehouse. Based on
the results of the classification of demand patterns, the demand for spare parts
needed to fulfill the after sales service of this compactor mostly has a lumpy pattern.
In this study, policy formulation was carried out using the continuous review
method by comparing the (s,S) and (s,Q) methods. The policy parameters are
compiled by performing monte carlo simulations and enumerations. Based on the
simulation results, some spare parts are more suitable to apply the (s, S) method
because they are able to provide the lowest total cost and a service level of more
than 90%. The design of the VBA Excel-based dashboard is done to make it easier
for companies to monitor stored spare parts. The dashboard is designed by
implementing MRP in order to know the actual amount of inventory, estimated
order receipts, recommendations for when to make replenishment based on the
established inventory policy.
