Abstract
PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakan perusahaan produsen pupuk milik Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) terlengkap di Indonesia yang berdiri pada tahun 1964. PT Petrokimia Gresik telah menerapkan beberapa tata nilai perusahaan, salah satunya yaitu kompeten dengan terus belajar dan mengembangkan kapabilitas. Sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja Tahun 2020, PT Petrokimia Gresik akan melakukan penyusunan kamus berbasis hard competency sebagai program asesmen dan sertifikasi sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) dan standar lainnya yang disusun pada Job Family Manajemen SDM dan Pemasaran. Pada Job Family Manajemen SDM memiliki 3 Sub Job Family dalam 3 Departemen. Pada Job Family Pemasaran memiliki 2 Sub Job Family dalam 4 Departemen. Penyusunan kamus hard competency serta Kebutuhan Kompetensi Jabatan (KKJ) pelatihan ini dilakukan menyesuaikan model kamus kompetensi PT Pupuk Indonesia dan leveling sesuai dengan 5 level Taxonomy Bloom. Metode yang digunakan dalam identifikasi kompetensi menggunakan Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) dalam bentuk Forum Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pekerjaan tersebut. Pada Job Family Manajamen SDM dihasilkan sebanyak 26 ragam dan 62 unit hard competency dan pada Job Family Pemasaran sebanyak 21 ragam dan 40 unit hard competency

PT Petrokimia Gresik is a fertilizer producer company owned by the
most complete State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia which was
established in 1964. PT Petrokimia Gresik has implemented several corporate
values, one of which is being competent by continuing to learn and develop
capabilities. In accordance with the 2020 Work Plan, PT Petrokimia Gresik will
prepare a competency dictionary based on hard competency and certification
program in accordance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards
(SKKNI) and other standards on the HR Management and Marketing.
In the Job Family of HR Management has 3 Sub Job Families in 3
Departments. In Job Family of Marketing has 2 Sub Job Families in 4
Departments. The preparation of the hard competency dictionary and Job
Competency Needs (KKJ) training was carried out according to the PT Pupuk
Indonesia competency dictionary model and leveling according to 5 levels of
Bloom's Taxonomy. The method used in identifying competencies uses
Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) in the form of a Forum Group Discussion
(FGD) to identify the competencies needed to do the job. In the HR Management
Job Family, 26 varieties and 62 units of hard competency were produced and in
the Marketing Job Family there were 21 varieties and 50 hard competency units.
