Abstract
Sejak bantuan sosial (bansos) pemerintah disalurkan, ada dugaan bahwa bansos tidak tepat sasaran karena minimnya pembaruan data. Jika di beberapa wilayah bansos tidak tepat sasaran, maka apakah bansos di Desa Pangelen Kabupaten Sampang Madura juga tidak tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah bansos di desa Pangelen Madura tepat sasaran dan menganalisis kecenderungan penerima bansos berdasarkan 4 faktor yaitu : pendapatan, status pernikahan, status pendapatan, dan banyaknya anggota rumah tangga dengan menggunakan. Dengan menggunakan Analisis Korespondensi diperoleh hasil bahwa penerima bansos pemerintah yang sudah memenuhi kriteria mencapai 54%. Bansos di desa Pangelen tepat sasaran karena diantara yang memenuhi kriteria ada kecenderungan yang mendapat bansos adalah masyarakat dengan pendapatan kurang dari 2 juta sekitar 90% dengan jumlah tanggungan keluarga 4 sampai 7 orang sekitar 63% dan yang jatuh kepada masyarakat dengan pendapatan tetap atau berkurang mencapai 67%.Analisis Sentimen menghasilkan 42% masarakat desa Pangelen penerima bansos memberikan sentimen negatif terhadap bansos covid 19 dan 40% sentiment positif, 14% memberikan sentimen netral.===========================================================================================================Since government social assistance is distributed, there are allegations that bansos are not on target due to the lack of data updates. If in some areas bansos are not on target, then whether social assistance in Pangelen Village Sampang Madura Regency is also not on target. The purpose of this study was to find out if social assistance in Pangelen Madura village were on target and analyzed the tendencies of social assistance recipients based on 4 factors: income, marital status, income status, and the number of household members by using. Using correspondence analysis obtained the result that the recipient of government social assistance who have met the criteria reached 54%. social assistance in Pangelen village is on target because among those who meet the criteria there is a tendency to get social assistance is a community with an income of less than 2 million about 90% with the number of family dependents 4 to 7 people about 63% and who fall to communities with fixed income or reduced to 67%. Sentiment Analysis resulted in 42% of pangelen village residents giving negative sentiment towards social assistance covid 19 and 40% positive sentiment, 14% giving neutral sentiment.
