Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan komunikasi data, internet, serta IT services. Dalam menyediakan layanan tersebut PT XYZ perlu melakukan proses pemasangan jaringan. Kenyataannya, PT XYZ mengalami keterlambatan dalam memenuhi waktu standar proses pemasangan jaringan tersebut. Salah satu cara mengidentifikasi risiko beserta alternatif mitigasi yaitu dengan menerapkan metode House of Risk. Metode House of Risk sendiri dibagi menjadi dua fase yaitu fase pertama bertujuan memprioritaskan sumber risiko yang akan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan hasil dari diagram Pareto. Hasil dari diagram Pareto tersebut didapatkan 6 risk agent yang akan diprioritaskan untuk diselesaikan terlebih dahulu. Keenam risk agent tersebut yaitu komitmen PT XYZ dalam memenuhi harapan pelanggan, kemacetan, kondisi daerah pelanggan yang terlalu banyak hambatan, pengajuan permohonan izin yang terlalu mendadak, kerusakan pada perangkat, dan ketidaktersediaan modem di warehouse. Sedangkan, fase kedua bertujuan memprioritaskan tindakan penanganan yang akan dilakukan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan hasil dari diagram Pareto. Hasil dari diagram Pareto didapatkan 5 preventive action yang akan diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Kelima preventive action yaitu mengkomunikasikan kepada pelanggan mengenai hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan pada saat pemasangan, membuat proyeksi yang lebih presisi, menyusun skala prioritas pesanan pelanggan, menentukan rute dan jadwal perjalanan yang efisien, serta melakukan survey lokasi.

PT XYZ is one of Indonesian companies that provide data communication services, internet, and IT services. In order to provide these services PT XYZ needs to perform the network delivery process. In fact, PT XYZ experienced delays in meeting the standard times for the network delivery process. One way to identify risks and mitigation alternative is using the House of Risk method. The House of Risk method is divided into two phases, the first phase aims to prioritize which the risk event which will be resolved first based on the results of the Pareto diagram. The results of the Pareto diagram show that six risk agents will be prioritized to be resolved first. The six risk agents are PT XYZ's commitment to meeting customer expectations, congestion, conditions in customer areas that have too many obstacles, submitting requests for permits that are too sudden, damage to equipment, and unavailability of modems in the warehouse. Meanwhile, the second phase aims to prioritize treatment actions that will be taken first based on the results of the Pareto diagram. The results of the Pareto diagram show that 5 preventive actions will be prioritized to be carried out first. The fifth preventive actions are communicating to customers about things that need to be done at the time of deployment, making more precise projections, arranging customer order priorities, determining efficient routes and travel schedules, and conducting site surveys.
