Abstract

The ventilator calibration process is carried out to ensure the value of the sensor readings on the PM-01 Emergency Ventilator and Gas Flow Analyzer (calibrator) shows the appropriate results. In order to support the calibration process, there is a calibration application that is used to monitor and retrieve calibration data that is read by the ventilator and calibrator so that the calibration results can be properly documented. But on the other hand there are problems in the calibration application caused by the addition of the calibration process and it has not been integrated into the calibration application and causes the calibration process to run inefficiently. Therefore, it is planned to develop a calibration application by adding features (1) calibration bar monitoring feature (2) calibration parameter setting feature (3) ventilator control feature (4) controlling status monitoring feature (5) setting data respon feature (6) feature automatic data retrieval. The test results of the calibration application are that the functionality can run with a percentage of 94.13% and the results of the calibration process efficiency are 23.6% with an accuracy value of 83.92%.
