Abstract
Kota Bandung terletak pada koordinat 107°22' - 108°50' Bujur Timur dan 6°41' - 7°19' Lintang Selatan. Data BPS menunjukan pertumbuhan sektor industri manufaktur Provinsi Jawa Barat (terutama Kota Bandung) naik cukup signifikan, seperti: Industri Barang Galian Bukan Logam naik 26,98%, Industri Logam Dasar naik 13,51%, dan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor naik 11,59% (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2020). Seiring dengan pertumbuhan ini, dibutuhkan lahan baru untuk mendukung tumbuhnya kegiatan industri ini. SIG mampu menghasilkan data geografis yang baik, akurat dan dapat didistribusikan dengan cepat sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan dalam analisis pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), dengan melakukan pembobotan dan skoring 6 faktor, yaitu: Kemiringan lereng, penggunaan lahan, jenis tanah, jarak terhadap jalan, jarak terhadap sungai dan jarak terhadap fasilitas umum. Dengan hasil pembobotan 23,2% untuk jarak terhadap jalan, 22,7% untuk jarak terhadap fasilitas umum, 16.3% untuk jarak terhadap sungai, 14,3% untuk jenis tanah, 12,8% untuk penggunaan lahan dan 10,8% untuk kemiringan lereng. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan skoring, tingkat potensi lahan di Kota Bandung untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dibagi menjadi lima kelas, yaitu kelas sangat sesuai (S1) dengan luas 16.080 Ha, kelas sesuai (S2) dengan luas 57.025 Ha, kelas cukup sesuai (S3) dengan luas 37.810 Ha, kelas kurang sesuai (N1) dengan luas 32.907 Ha, kelas tidak sesuai (N2) dengan luas 18.605 Ha. Lokasi yang paling sesuai dijadikan Kawasan pengembangan industri terdapat di kecamatan Panyileukan dan lokasi yang paling tidak sesuai dijadikan Kawasan pengembangan industri terdapat di kecamatan Cibiru.

BPS data shows that the growth of the manufacturing industry sector in West Java Province (especially Bandung) rose quite significantly, such as: Non-Metal Excavated Goods Industry rose 26,98%, Basic Metal Industry rose 13,51%, and Motor Vehicles’s Industry rose 11,59% (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2020). Along with this growth, new land is needed to support the growth of this industrial activity. SIG is able to produce good, accurate and distributed geographic data quickly so that it can be used as a reference in the analysis of decision making. The method used in this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), by weighting and scoring on 6 factors, namely: slope, land use, soil type, distance to highway, distance to river and distance to public facilities. With a weighting result of 23,2% for the distance to the highway, 22,7% for the distance to public facilities, 16,3% for the distance to the river, 14,3% for the type of soil, 12,8% for land use and 10,8% for slopes. Meanwhile, based on the results of calculations by scoring, the level of land potential in the city of Bandung for the development of industrial estates is divided into five classes, namely very suitable class (S1) with an area of 16.080 ha, suitable class (S2) with an area of 57.025 ha, quite appropriate class (S3) with an area of 37.810 Ha, the unsuitable class (N1) with an area of 32.907 Ha, the unsuitable class (N2) with an area of 18.605 Ha. The most suitable location as an industrial development area is in the Panyileukan sub-district and the most unsuitable location for an industrial development area is in the Cibiru sub-district.
