Abstract

Dengan adanya keberadaan pabrik-pabrik industri mengakibatkan pertumbuhan Demografi dan membuat para pekerja yang datang memerlukan tempat tinggal yang layak.
Permasalah desain yang hadir bukan saja mengenai kebutuhan akan hunian tetapi juga stress yang dialami oleh para pekerja pendatang, baik dari lingkungan (Environment) tempat tinggalnya maupun tempat kerjanya. Sehingga arsitektur hadir berupa hunian massal untuk menampung para pekerja pendatang dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hunian yang baik dan wellbeing akan memberikan kualitas kehidupan yang lebih baik lagi.
Peningkatan mood dalam mengurangi stress pada perancangan hunian yang layak dapat diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan dan teori-teori pendukung. Pendekatan healing architecture membuat gagasan-gagasan yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Sedangkan, metode force based framework akan membantu dalam mengelola dan Menyusun gagasan-gagasan tersebut.

With the existence of industrial factories, it also increased growth in demography and made the workers who come to the city need a decent place to live.
Design problems that arise are not only that the new worker needs a place to live but also a shelter that relieves stress, both stress from the environment and where they live. So that architecture comes in the form of a mass residence to accommodate migrant workers in the hope that it can improve the quality of good housing and wellbeing for people.
Mood enhancement in reducing stress on proper housing design can be obtained by utilizing approaches and supporting theories.of healing architecture create ideas that need to be considered. Meanwhile, the force-based framework method will assist in managing and compiling these parameter ideas.
