Abstract
Berdasarkan data menurut Dinas Sosial Kota Purwakarta, jumlah permasalahan sosial di Kota Purwakarta dalam setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan terutama dalam kasus anak jalanan. Anak jalanan merupakan anak-anak berusia dibawah 18 tahun yang pergi ke jalanan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti kondisi keluarga yang mengalami kemiskinan sehingga anak jalanan terkadang menerima tuntutan dari orang tuanya, kebanyakan dari anak jalanan lebih memilih melampiaskan tekanan tersebut dengan pergi ke jalanan dan bertujuan agar dapat bertemu antar sesama anak jalanan lainnya.
Permasalahan anak jalanan yang kompleks menyebabkan psychological well-being anak jalanan berada pada tingkat yang rendah, hal tersebut mempengaruhi tingkat kognitif anak jalanan serta perilaku anak jalanan. Kognitif berperan dalam kemampuan berpikir seperti daya menganalisis, mengingat, membayangkan, nalar, dsb. Lingkungan yang jalanan yang bebas memberikan pengaruh kurang baik terhadap perilaku anak jalanan. Saat ini anak jalanan tentunya mendapatkan fasilitas rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan berupa rumah singgah anak jalanan, namun pada kenyataannya anak jalanan sebenarnya kurang menyukai kegiatan yang diberikan pada rumah singgah. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan cenderung memiliki aturan, hal tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan karakteristik anak jalanan yang menyukai kebebasan.
Berdasarkan fakta yang telah diuraikan, maka perlu adanya fasilitas rehabilitasi yang memiliki kesesuaian dengan karakteristik anak jalanan, hal tersebut bertujuan agar mudah diterima oleh anak jalanan. Maka respon rancangan desain yaitu berupa sebuah lingkungan stimulus kognitif untuk anak jalanan yang diterapkan pada objek rancang berupa Studio Seni Anak Jalanan Purwakarta. Kegiatan kesenian ditetapkan karena kesenian adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh anak jalanan, dan seni mampu melatih tingkat kognitif anak-anak. Menerapkan pendekatan rancang teori behaviour setting sebagai pembentuk kegiatan baru yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak jalanan. Rancangan tersebut menggunakan metode rancang parallax dengan menghadirkan pengalaman visual ruang sebagai konsep utama dalam merancang serta didukung oleh elemen rancang pembentuk lingkungan stimulus kognitif lainnya, sehingga diharapkan objek rancang dapat menjadi stimulus kognitif anak jalanan sehingga mencapai kehidupan yang lebih well-being serta mampu membentuk perilaku yang lebih baik.

According to the Social Office Data of Purwakarta City, the number of social problems in Purwakarta City has increased annually especially in the case of street children. Street children are the children under 18 years old that go to streets due to several factors, such as the poverty condition of their family that cause street children to take on the demands from their own parents, most of the street children prefer to take the pressure off by going to the street so they could meet the other street children.
The complexity problems of street children cause their psychological well-being at the low level, it affects the cognitive level and the behaviour of the street children. Cognitive has a role in thinking abilities such as analyze, remember, imagine, common sense, etc. Unrestrained street environment has a negative effect on the behaviour of the street children. The street children currently get shelters as the rehabilitation and empowerment facilities for them but in fact,the street children actually do not really like the kind of activities that are given in the shelters. It is inversely proportional to the characteristics of street children who like to be free.
Based on the facts that have been described, it is necessary to have rehabilitation facilities in accordance with the characteristics of street children, so the facilities will be easily accepted by the street children. Therefore, the design response will be a cognitive stimulation environment for the street children which will be applied to the design object namely Purwakarta Street Children's Studio of Culture. Art activities will be provided there because art is one of activities that could be performed by the street children, and art will be able to increase street children's cognitive levels. behaviour setting will be applied as the design approach by forming the category of the new activities in accordance to the characteristics of the street children. The design method parallax is used by presenting the visual experiences of space as the main concept of the design and supported by other design elements that could stimulate the cognitive by arranging the environment. It is expected to become a design object that could stimulate the street children's cognitive so they could achieve a better well-being life and be able to have a better behaviour.
