Abstract

Pelemahan sektor konstruksi akibat pandemi Covid-19 pada akhir tahun 2019 hingga awal 2020 berdampak bagi pertumbuhan perusahaan penyedia alat-alat berat. Salah satu perusahaan yang terdampak adalah PT X. Perusahaan kemudian berupaya untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan mengoptimalkan kinerja setiap divisi yang mendukung keuntungan perusahaan. Demi tercapainya upaya perusahaan, maka diperlukan suatu penilaian terukur untuk melihat peningkatan kinerja masing-masing divisi. Unit analisa penilitan ini dilakukan pada bagian parts logistics dan warehouse. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan pendekatan model Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Penetapan dan penyusunan kriteria atau KPI berdasarkan hasil diskusi dan wawancara dengan stakeholder. Pembobotan prioritas dan pengolahan data diselesaikan dengan metode ANP menggunakan software Super Decision. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah perspektif financial merupakan perspektif yang harus diprioritaskan oleh perusahaan dengan bobot nilai terbesar 0.39. Hasil perbandingan kinerja KPI dengan target kinerja termasuk dalam Kategori Hijau, yang artinya kinerja departmen secara keseluruhan adalah sangat baik dengan skor akhir sebesar 0.94. Beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan diberikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja KPI untuk KPI yang termasuk dalam Kategori Merah.

Weakening of the construction sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 to early 2020 had an impact on the growth of heavy equipment providers. One of the companies affected is PT X. The company strives to maintain its existence by optimizing the performance of each division that supports the company’s profits. In order to achieve the company’s efforts, a measurable assessment is needed to see the performance improvement of each division. Model Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approached is adopted of designing the performance measurement model by compiling metrics, performance measures and strategic objectives. Determination of KPIs based on the results of discussions and interviews with stakeholders. Priority weighting and data processing were completed by the ANP method using Super Decision software. The results obtained that the financial perspective must be prioritized by the company with the largest weighting value of 0.39. The results of the comparison of KPIs with the tagrets are in the green category, which means that the department’s overall performance is excellent with a final score of 0.94. Several recommendations for improvement are given as an effort to improve KPI perfromance for KPIs that are in the red category.
