Abstract

Lift parkir mobil otomatis merupakan lift pengantar mobil sampai ke lantai yang sudah ditentukan oleh sistem tanpa perlu user memilih lokasi tempat parkir dan juga lift tersebut menggunakan QR Code sebagai kartu akses masuk maupun keluar gedung lift parkir mobil tersebut. Lift yang tidak dilengkapi kontrol posisi, apabila mendapat beban berlebih akan mempengaruhi posisi lift saat berhenti sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut tujuan Proyek Akhir ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem Kontrol Posisi Lift Parkir Otomatis pada Vertical Building menggunakan kontrol PI.
Perancangan hardware pada lift parkir mobil menggunakan besi hollow sebagai kerangka gedung bertingkat dan 2 pulley sebagai penarik lift. Sensor posisi (Rotary Incremental Encoder) dipasang pada pulley agar bisa membaca posisi lift secara tepat. Sensor ini akan mengirim data berupa count pada setiap rising agar dapat menghitung posisi secara akurat, serta mengendalikan posisi motor sesuai dengan set point yang dinginkan.
Hasil dari Proyek Akhir kontrol posisi lift parkir mobil otomatis dengan kontrol PI berjalan sesuai dengan diinginkan. Dengan menggunakan metode tuning Ziegler-Nichols untuk mendapatkan nilai acuan Kp dan Ki lalu disempurnakan dengan fine tuning dengan hasil akhir nilai Kp sebesar 90 dan nilai Ki sebesar 3,3 menghasilkan rise time sebesar 0,87 detik dan settling time sebesar 1,69 detik.

The automatic car parking lift is an elevator that delivers cars to the floor that has been determined by the system without the user needing to choose a parking location and also the elevator uses a QR Code as an access card to enter or exit the car parking elevator building. Elevator that is not equipped with position control, if it gets excessive load it will affect the position of the lift when it stops so that from this problem the aim of this Final Project is to design an Automatic Parking Lift Position Control System in a Vertical Building using PI control.
The hardware design for the car parking lift uses hollow steel as a frame for a multi-storey building and 2 pulleys as an elevator puller. The position sensor (Rotary Incremental Encoder) is mounted on the pulley so that it can read the exact position of the lift. This sensor will send data in the form of a count on each rising in order to calculate the position accurately, and control the position of the motor according to the desired set point.
The results of the Final Project control the position of the automatic car parking elevator with PI control running as desired. By using the Ziegler-Nichols tuning method to get the reference value of Kp and Ki and then refined by fine tuning with the final result of the Kp value of 90 and the Ki value of 3.3 resulting in a rise time of 0.87 seconds and a settling time of 1.69 seconds.
