Abstract
Penggunaan photovoltaic sangat meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari - hari. Namun saat ini penggunaan energi listrik dari photovoltaic belum dapat dimonitoring dan dikontrol dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari cepat rusaknya baterai dan sistem photovoltaic yang digunakan pada Solar Home System (SHS). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah perangkat monitoring serta kendali untuk membantu pembagian besaran daya yang keluar dari photovoltaic untuk suplai beban rumah tangga. Dan diharapkan dapat membantu konsumen dalam memonitor persentase suplai daya listrik bagi rumahnya.
Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) merupakan alat yang dapat melakukan pergantian porsi suplai energi listrik secara otomatis memanfaatkan cara kerja relay dengan memperhatikan kondisi presentase dari baterai. Pada tugas akhir ini, ATS dibuat dengan dilengkapi sistem monitoring berbasis website. Dengan menggunakan metode Network Control System, Automatic Transfer Switch dapat melakukan kontrol dan monitoring secara real time dari jarak jauh menggunakan website.
Pada pengujian Sistem Monitoring ATS menggunakan metode Moving Average sebagai filter hasil data yang tidak sesuai pada pengukuran keluaran photovoltaic, dan didapatkan grafik monitoring tegangan dan arus photovoltaic yang lebih stabil. Dengan MAE tegangan PV = 1,368 V, MAE arus PV = 0, 152 A dan MSE tegangan PV= 3,389 V, MSE arus PV = 0,079 A. Serta penggunaan metode Network Control System dengan pemograman millis interrupt pada kendali relay ATS didapatkan rata-rata hasil delay relay 1 dan relay 2 sebesar 1,034 seconds jauh lebih baik daripada penggunaan pemrograman tanpa millis interrupt yaitu sebesar 61 seconds. Hal tersebut tentunya berpengaruh pada keefektifan kerja dari relay kontrol. Sistem monitoring ini dapat digunakan dalam membantu dalam memonitoring dan kendali beban listrik rumah tangga baik secara langsung maupun dari jarak jauh.

The use of photovoltaics is increasing to meet daily needs. However, the usage of photovoltaic energy cannot be fully properly monitored and controlled at this time. This is indicated by the fast-damaging battery and photovoltaic system used in the Solar Home System (SHS). Therefore, a monitoring and control device is needed to help distribute the amount of power that comes out of the photovoltaic for supplying household loads. It is expected to assist consumers in monitoring the proportion of electrical power supply for their homes.
The Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a device that can automatically alter the portion of the electrical energy supply by employing the relay's workings while taking into account the percentage of the battery's condition. In this final project, ATS is equipped with a website-based monitoring system. By using the Network Control System method, the Automatic Transfer Switch can control and monitor in real time remotely using the website.
In testing the ATS Monitoring System, a more steady graph of photovoltaic voltage and current monitoring was generated by employing the Moving Average method as a filter for data findings that are not in accordance with solar output measurements. With MAE of PV voltage = 1.368 V, MAE of PV current = 0.152 A and MSE of PV voltage = 3.389 V, MSE of PV current = 0.079 A. And the use of the Network Control System method with millis interrupt programming on ATS relay control gets the average delay between relay 1 and relay 2 of 1.034 seconds, which is much better than the use of programming without a millis interrupt, which is 61seconds. This, of course, affects the effectiveness of the control relay. This monitoring system can be used to assist in monitoring and controlling household electrical loads either directly or remotely.
