Abstract

Dalam aktivitas produksi kerupuk diperlukannya mesin otomatis agar memudahkan proses pembentukan pola kerupuk. Dengan cara tradisional banyak sisa adonan yang terbuang dan memiliki bentuk kerupuk yang berbeda-beda dengan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama. Serta dikarenakan pada proses produksi kerupuk masih tradisional, sehingga tidak menjamin kebersihan produk.
Dari permasalahan tersebut, mengontrol kecepatan pada konveyor mesin pencetak kerupuk mawar dengan menggunakan metode PID agar konveyor dapat berjalan dengan konstan sehingga menghasilkan bentuk kerupuk yang sesuai.
Perancangan dan pembuatan mesin pencertak kerupuk mawar pada penelitian ini berhasil dilakukan dengan mengkontrol kecepatan pada konveyor menggunakan metode PID, didapatkan nilai parameter Kp yang sesuai untuk sistem yaitu Kp= 3, Ki= 1, dan Kd=0.8, dengan kecepatan konveyor dapat mencapai set point 112 rpm dan settling time (Ts) 4 detik. Hasil implementasi perangkat lunak untuk mesin pencetak kerupuk mawar menggunakan ATMEGA 2560 dapat bekerja dengan baik karena dapat menjalankan mesin dengan normal.

In the activity of cracker production, an automatic machine is needed to facilitate the process of forming cracker patterns. In the traditional way many leftover dough is wasted and has different forms of crackers with takes longer. And because the production process of crackers is still traditional, so it does not guarantee the cleanliness of the product.
From this problem, control the speed on the conveyor of the rose cracker printing machine by using pid method so that the conveyor can run constantly so as to produce the appropriate shape of crackers.
The design and manufacture of rose crackers dyeing machine in this study was successfully done by controlling the speed on the conveyor using PID method, obtained the appropriate Kp parameter value for the system namely Kp= 3, Ki= 1, and Kd=0.8, with conveyor speed can reach set point 112 rpm and settling time (Ts) 4 seconds. The result of the software implementation for the rose cracker printer using ATMEGA 2560 can work well because it can run the machine normally.
