Abstract

Penempatan dan pengambilan wadah sparepart pada rak susun yang masih dilakukan secara manual, berakibat pada peletakan sparepart yang tidak teratur. Sehingga ketika akan diambil, teknisi merasa kesulitan dalam mencarinya. Pencarian yang sulit ini disebabkan oleh penempatan, pengambilan dan pendataan yang kurang diperhatikan.
Terdapat usulan untuk membuat sistem pencarian sparepart dengan Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) yang dioperasikan by-click melalui web, agar sistem dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian serta inventarisasi data. Berdasarkan perancangan tersebut, pengontrol yang digunakan yaitu mikrokontroller Arduino sebagai pengendali utama. Lalu terdapat bahasa pemrograman Javascript sebagai penerjemah perintah dari antarmuka. Sebagai upaya optimasi diterapkan metode regresi linier dalam proses mengendalikan pergerakan kedua buah motor stepper dua axis (X dan Y). Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap performa web memiliki respon waktu selama 02,64 detik. Sedangkan, untuk tingkat akurasi dan presisi pengendalian sinkronisasi XY memiliki nilai RMSE sebesar 0,52 mm dan nilai standar deviasi sebesar 0,48 mm. Terdapat selisih waktu tempuh ketika pengendalian sinkronisasi XY berkisar 03,12 detik – 08,03 detik lebih efisien.

Placing and retrieving spare parts pallets on the stacking rack is still done manually, resulting in the irregular placement of spare parts. So when it will be used, it is difficult for a technician to find it. This difficult search is caused by the placement, the retrieval, and the collection of data are not supervised.
Therefore, there is a proposal to create a spare parts search system with an Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) which is operated by click via the web, so that the system can be used to search and inventory data. Based on this design, the controller used is the Arduino microcontroller as the main controller. Then there is the Javascript programming language as a command interpreter from the interface. As an optimization effort is applies the linear regression method in the process of controlling the movement of the two two-axis stepper motors (X and Y). Tests conducted on web performance have a response time of 01.64 seconds. Then, for the accuracy and precision of XY synchronization control, it has an RMSE value of 0.52 mm and a standard deviation of 0.48 mm. The difference in travel time when controlling the XY synchronization ranges from 03.12 seconds to 08.03 seconds, which is more efficient.
