Abstract
PT. Indolakto Purwosari merupakan perusahaan pengolahan susu dan memiliki tiga mesin chiller yang digunakan untuk proses pendinginan susu dan mesin – mesin tersebut beroperasi secara bergantian, ketiga mesin chiller yang ada ber – operasi berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditentukan yaitu dimulai dari chiller 1 hingga chiller 3 dan akan dilakukan proses berulang secara manual. Dari kondisi yang ada di lapangan terdapat beberapa kendala, antara lain belum adanya proses maintenance yang merata terhadap ketiga mesin chiller dikarenakan mesin chiller masih di operasikan bergantian secara manual yang terkadang melebihi waktu kerja mesin chiller tersebut, kemudian belum adanya respon cepat yang dapat di akses secara jarak jauh, dan yang terakhir adanya pengaruh temperatur dari luar ruangan yang mengakibatkan chiller lambat untuk menurunkan temperatur air.
Dari rumusan masalah diatas, maka dibuat sebuah sistem untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan membuat prototype rancang bangun sistem kendali otomatis dengan logika fuzzy untuk mempercepat laju penurunan temperatur air yang dilengkapi dengan kendali jarak jauh menggunakan situs web sebagai fitur keamanan, serta pemerataan waktu kerja dari masing – masing chiler.
Dari hasil yang telah dikerjakan bahwa dengan adanya sistem kendali otomatis untuk mesin chiller maka waktu kerja dari tiap – tiap mesin menjadilebih merata dengan rata – rata waktu kerja 95 menit dan juga dengan fitur kendali jarak jauh berupa akses on/off dapat memberi tindakan pertama apabila terjadi permasalahan pada mesin chiller serta metode Fuzzy Logic yang mampu mempercepat laju penurunan temperatur air dari semula temperatur yang dihasilkan sebesar 26,2ºc menjadi 19,6ºc atau memiliki selisih sebesar 6,6ºc .

From the formulation of the problem above, a system is needed to help solve the problem by making a prototype of the design of an automatic control system with fuzzy logic to accelerate the rate of decreasing water temperature which is equipped with remote control using a website as a security feature, as well as equal distribution of working time from each. – each chiller.
From the results that have been done that with the automatic control system for the chiller machine, the working time of each machine becomes more evenly distributed with an average working time of 95 minutes and also with the remote control feature in the form of on/off access can provide the first action if something happens. problems in the chiller machine and the Fuzzy Logic method which is able to accelerate the rate of decreasing the water temperature from the original temperature produced by 26.2ºc to 19.6ºc or has a difference of 6.6ºc
