Abstract

Sebuah institusi pendidikan tentunya memiliki visi dan misi yang visioner dan terukur
sebagai upaya untuk mengenbangkan kualitas baik sebagai sebuah institusi maupun sebagai
sebuah Lembaga pendidikan. Sama halnya dengan sekolah menengah atas Ihsanul fikri yang
berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan melalui sebuah visi, “Bersama Mencetak
Generasi Qur'ani, Prestatif, dan Kontributif.” Meninjau dari visi besar tersebut penulis berupaya
turut serta mencapai visi yang ditanamkan terkhusus pada poin prestatif yang tertera. Prestatif
sendiri merupakan sebuah tradisi yang ditonjolkan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya siswa
Ihsanul fikri baik dalam hal akademik maupun non akademik. Akan tetapi pengembangan prestasi
tersebut dirasa kurang optimal, ditinjau dari pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah yang belum optimal,
salah satunya pada gedung olahraga Haji Asyari.
Gedung olahraga Haji Asyari menjadi sebuah ikon yang menjadi ciri khas sekolah SMA
Ihsanul Fikri. Bangunan besar dengan kapas itas lebih dari 500 penonton ini menjadi pusat
kegiatan olahraga serta pengadaan event tertentu bagi para siswa, jajaran guru karyawan, maupun
para tamu yang hendak meminjam. Dengan intensitas pemakaian yang cukup tinggi menjadikan
gedung ini memerlukan perhatian khusus baik dalam perawatannya maupun dalam
pengembangan tatanan desain dengan tujuan memberikan kenyamanan kepada para user. Akan
tetapi realita yang terjadi justru gedung ini masih kurang terawat, sehingga banyak area yang
belum dimaksimalkan untuk mewadahi para pengguna mengingat gedung olahraga ini tergolong
kedalam tipe B, berdasarkan standarisasi Kementrian Pendidikan dan Olahraga.
Melalui pengumpulan data secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif guna memperkuat dasar
permasalahan yang terjadi pada siswa, penulis mengajukan sebuah judul yaitu, “Redesain Gedung
Olahraga Haji Asyari Dengan Menerapkan Konsep Modern Flexible Guna Menunjang Prestasi
Non Akademik Siswa SMA Ihsanul Fikri. Penerapan langgam modern bertujuan untuk
menciptakan sebuah suasana baru, dimana para pengguna disuguhkan dengan elemen geometris
serta corak warna netral yang ringan pada setiap sudut ruang. Sedangkan melalui konsep flexible
design, penulis berupaya mengatasi permasalahan keterbatasan luas agar tetap dapat dioptimalkan
sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang kondusif saat melangsungkan kegiatan non akademik. Aplikasi
dari konsep flexible design sendiri berupa penggunaan furniture multifungsi serta penerapan
partisi lipat guna memberikan batas semu antar ruang yang terdapat di lantai 3. Rancangan desain
ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah inovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan
khususnya pada bidang non akademik siswa SMA Ihsanul Fikri. Disisi lain penulis berharap
laporan ini dapat memberikan kemanfaatan bagi individu penulis maupun bagi khalayak umum.

An educational institution certainly has a visionary and measurable vision and mission as
an effort to develop quality both as an institution and as an educational institution. It is the same
with Ihsanul fikri high school which seeks to improve the quality of educational services through
a vision, “Together to Print Qur'ani, Achievement, and Contributive Generations.” Considering
the big vision, the writer tries to participate in achieving the vision that is implanted, especially
on the stated achievement points. Achievement itself is a tradition that is highlighted to develop
Ihsanul fikri student resources both in academic and non-academic matters. However, the
development of these achievements is considered less than optimal, in terms of the utilization of
school facilities that have not been optimal, one of which is the Haji Asyari sports building.
The Haji Asyari sports hall has become an icon that characterizes the Ihsanul Fikri High
School. This large building with a capacity of more than 500 spectators is a center for sports
activities and the provision of certain events for students, staff, teachers and guests who want to
borrow. With a fairly high intensity of use, this building requires special attention both in its
maintenance and in the development of design arrangements with the aim of providing comfort
to the users. However, the reality is that this building is still poorly maintained, so many areas
have not been maximized to accommodate users considering that this sports building is classified
as type B, based on the standardization of the Ministry of Education and Sports.
Through quantitative and qualitative data collection in order to strengthen the basic problems that
occur in students, the authors propose a title, namely, "Redesign of Haji Asyari Sports Building
by Applying Modern Concepts to Flexible Support Non-Academic Achievement of Ihsanul Fikri
High School Students. The application of modern style aims to create a new atmosphere, where
users are presented with geometric elements and light neutral colors in every corner of the room.
Meanwhile, through the concept of flexible design, the author tries to overcome the problem of
broad limitations so that it can still be optimized as a conducive learning tool when carrying out
non-academic activities. The application of the flexible design concept itself is in the form of the
use of multifunctional furniture and the application of folding partitions to provide pseudo
boundaries between spaces on the 3rd floor. This design is expected to be an innovation in order
to improve the quality of education, especially in the non-academic field of Ihsanul Fikri High
School students. On the other hand, the writer hopes that this report can provide benefits for
individual writers as well as for the general public.
