Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Islam Universitas Islam Malang ini terletak di Jl. MT Haryono No. 139, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Proyek ini memiliki 9 lantai dan 1 lantai atap, serta memiliki luas bangunan sebesar 1063,2 m2. Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Islam UNISMA ini memiliki dua jenis pekerjaan struktur yaitu struktur bawah dan struktur atas. Pada struktur bawah menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang dan struktur atas menggunakan beton bertulang. Proyek ini menggunakan metode pengecoran in-situ untuk membangun struktur utamanya. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi, dan menyusun jadwal pada masing – masing item pekerjaan. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan sumber referensi HSPK Kota Malang, survey, dan brosur. Sedangkan untuk referensu buku menggunakan buku dari Ir. Soedrajat. Perhitungan volume dhitung berdasarkan shopdrawing pelaksanaan yang didapat dan berdasarkan Analisa. Sedangkan untuk produktifitas dan kebutuhan sumber daya setiap pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan referensi yang digunakan sehingga didapatkan waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan dari pelaksanaan pembangunan pada objek studi. Setelah semua perhitungan selesai, dilakukan penyusunan jadwal dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software Microsoft Project. Hasil akhir pada tugas ini adalah rekapitulasi durasi pelaksanaan proyek, biaya pelaksanaan proyek, metode pelaksanaan proyek dan Kurva S. Dari perhitungan, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 370 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 27.025.947.834,00

As for the productivity and resource requirements of each job, it is calculated based on the references used so that the required time and costs are obtained from the implementation of development on the object of study. After all calculations are completed, the schedule is prepared using the help of the Microsoft Project software application. The final result of this task is a recapitulation of the duration of project implementation, project implementation costs, project implementation methods and the S curve. From the calculations, the work duration is 370 working days and the implementation cost is Rp 27.025.947.834,00
