Abstract

Food Court The Sawah adalah sebuah tempat makan yang terdiri dari counter-counter makanan yang menawarkan aneka menu yang bervariasi, serta menyuguhkan view persawahan sebagai daya tarik. Semenjak adanya pandemi COVID-19, menurunnya perekonomian Indonesia bahkan dunia tidak bisa dihindari. Angka penghasilan pelaku usaha lokal menurun drastis bahkan beberapa memilih untuk gulung tikar. Hal ini juga mengganggu kegiatan dan kebiasaan masyarakat sehingga Lifestyle masyarakat pun mulai terpengaruhi dan akan bertambah dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Di situasi seperti ini, memajukan sistem dan mengunggulkan desain interior serta memperhatikan protokol kesehatan pada Food Court The Sawah akan menjadi daya tarik lebih daripada pelaku usaha lain, mengingat ketatnya persaingan bisnis saat ini.
Untuk mengembalikan angka penghasilan beberapa pelaku usaha, Food Court The Sawah untuk kedepannya akan meng-upgrade diri ke tahap yang lebih besar yaitu menjadi modern food court. Food Court The Sawah hadir dengan sistem, fasilitas dan pelayanan baru sesuai new normal. Melalui observasi, diketahui bahwa desain interior Food Court The Sawah dapat dikembangkan kembali agar dukungan terhadap konsep dan protokol kesehatan di dalamnya dapat diterapkan secara optimal.
Berdasarkan metodologi dan analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap objek desain, hasil yang diperoleh berupa konsep perancangan Redesain Interior Food Court The Sawah Menjadi Modern Food Court yang Sesuai dengan Lifestyle Masyarakat. Dengan diterapkannya konsep ini, diharapkan desain interior dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap keberlangsungan akan ketertarikan pengunjung terhadap Food Court The Sawah sebagai upaya penstabil ekonomi saat ini.

Food Court The Sawah is a place to eat that consists of counters foodthat offer a variety of varied menus, as well as presenting a view of rice fields as an attraction. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the decline in the Indonesian economy and even the world cannot be avoided. The income figures of local business operators have dropped dramatically and some have even opted to go out of business. This also disrupts the activities and habits of the community so that the lifestyle of the community begins to be affected and will increase in the long term. In a situation like this, advancing the system and promoting interior design as well as paying attention to health protocols at The Sawah Food Court will attract more than other business actors, given the current intense business competition.
To restore the income figures of several business actors, The Sawah Food Court in the future willupgrade itself to a bigger stage, namely to become an modern food court. The Sawah Food Court comes with a new system, facilities and services according to the new normal. Through observation, it is known that the interior design of The Sawah Food Court can be redeveloped so that support for health concepts and protocols in it can be applied optimally.
Based on the methodology and analysis that has been carried out on the object of design, the results obtained are in the form of a design concept for Redesign Interior Food Court The Sawah Into Modern Food Court That Suits The Community’s Lifestyle. With the application of this concept, it is hoped that the interior design will have a major influence on the sustainability of visitors' interest in The Sawah Food Court as an effort to stabilize the current economy.
