Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan sektor yang sangat penting dan mendapatkan perhatian besar oleh Pemerintah. Sektor tersebut sangat potensial untuk diintegrasikan dengan teknologi informasi. Salah satu program kesehatan yang telah dibentuk oleh Pemerintah adalah Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Dalam program tersebut mencakup pelayanan dan pemeliharaan mulai dari ibu hamil, ibu bersalin, ibu menyusui, bayi dan anak balita hingga prasekolah. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut terdapat beberapa kelemahan, di antaranya adalah proses pelaksanaannya yang masih manual menggunakan buku KIA yang menyebabkan proses tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien. Padahal pelaksanaan program tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, di antaranya yaitu dengan bantuan aplikasi. Terdapat banyak penelitian sebelumnya yang mencoba mengatasi permasalahan ini dengan membuat aplikasi. Namun dari semua aplikasi tersebut hanya berfokus pada aspek pertumbuhan bayi dan penyediaan informasi seputar kesehatan ibu maupun anak. Padahal, terdapat aspek lain yang juga perlu diperhatikan terkait pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Aspek tersebut diantaranya adalah aspek perkembangan bayi. Perkembangan bayi merupakan faktor penting dalam melakukan penilaian penyimpangan tumbuh kembang anak. Selain itu, berbagai aplikasi tersebut juga belum terdapat penggabungan dengan sistem cerdas atau Intelligence System menjadi sebuah Healthcare Intelligence System, misalnya dengan adanya fitur peringatan dini terkait kesehatan ibu dan anak jika terjadi penyimpangan. Sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat secara optimal diimplementasikan untuk pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Namun dalam pembuatan Healthcare Intelligence System tersebut, diperlukan data masukan yang nantinya akan diolah menggunakan algoritma maupun fitur-fitur yang ada di dalamnya. Maka dari itu penting untuk dibuat terlebih dahulu aplikasi yang berisi modul input data untuk data-data yang berkaitan dengan pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak mulai dari aspek pertumbuhan hingga perkembangan. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi tersebut digunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle yang berjenis Waterfall. Fokus dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah membuat aplikasi backend. Proses pengujian purwarupa aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Unit Testing untuk memastikan aplikasi yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah aplikasi backend Healthcare Intelligence System yang telah dilakukan Unit Testing. Aplikasi backend ini sudah disesuaikan dengan data maupun parameter yang terdapat dalam prototype aplikasi. Aplikasi backend ini juga akan siap diintegrasikan dengan aplikasi frontend dengan API yang telah dibuat. Dengan adanya sistem yang dirancang ini, baik ibu maupun bidan dapat melakukan pencatatan hingga melihat kondisi kesehatan ibu dan anak.

Health is a very important sector and gets great attention from
the Government. This sector has the potential to be integrated
with information technology. One of the health programs that
have been established by the Government is the Maternal and
Child Health Program (KIA). The program includes services
and cares for pregnant women, maternity mothers,
breastfeeding mothers, infants, and toddlers to preschoolers.
However, in the implementation of the program, there are
several weaknesses, including the implementation process
which is still manual using the MCH handbook which makes the
process less effective and efficient. The implementation of the
program can be maximized by using information technology,
including with the help of applications. Many previous studies
try to overcome this problem by making applications. However,
all of these applications only focus on aspects of infant growth
and the provision of information about maternal and child
health. Other aspects also need to be considered related to
maternal and child health monitoring. These aspects include
aspects of infant development. Infant development is an
important factor in assessing deviations in child development.
In addition, these various applications have not yet been
combined with an intelligent system or Intelligence System to become a Healthcare Intelligence System, for example with an
early warning feature related to maternal and child health in
case of irregularities. So that the use of information technology
can be optimally implemented for monitoring the health of
mothers and children. However, in making the Healthcare
Intelligence System, input data is needed which will later be
processed using algorithms and the features in it. Therefore, it
is important to first create an application that contains a data
input module for data related to maternal and child health
monitoring, from aspects of growth to development. In
developing the application, the Waterfall Software Development
Life Cycle method is used. The focus of this final project is to
create a backend application. The application prototype testing
process is carried out using the Unit Testing method to ensure
that the resulting application is by the needs. The results
obtained from this final project is a Healthcare Intelligence
System backend application that has been carried out by Unit
Testing. This backend application has been adjusted to the data
and parameters contained in the application prototype. This
backend application will also be ready to be integrated with the
frontend application with the API that has been created. With
this system designed, both mothers and midwives can take notes
to see the health conditions of mothers and children.
