Abstract
Setiap industry dairy (susu) memerlukan tenaga uap yang dihasilkan oleh mesin boiler untuk menopang kebutuhan listrik maupun kegiatan produksi. Pada beberapa kasus di lapangan, hasil monitoring yang dilakukan sering kali uap yang dihasilkan oleh mesin Boiler menunjukkan over capacity atau low capacity. Hasil monitoring tersebut dilaporkan kepada kepala produksi pada area mesin Boiler lalu dicatat pada kertas dan menggunakan cara komunikasi Handy Talky (HT). Dengan menggunakan cara komunikasi tersebut timbul permasalahan ketika kepala produksi tidak berada dilapangan maka pengambilan keputusan untuk mengendalikan supply steam juga akan terhambat. Sehingga menyebabkan pemanasan susu terganggu akibatnya susu pun menjadi rusak / basi.
Pada Proyek Akhir ini telah dirancang sebuah sistem berupa prototype boiler dengan controller berupa Outseal PLC dan dilengkapi HMI yang memiliki modul wifi agar nantinya dapat mengirimkan hasil pembacaan sensor ke Database dan dapat ditampilkan pada situs web. Selain ditampilkan pada web data hasil bacaan sensor pressure dan Temperatur juga akan dikelola menggunakan metode fuzzy untuk Output melakukan kontrol terhadap motor servo (valve).
Dari data hasil pengujian didapat kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan fuzzy logic pada alat memiliki rataan presentasi keberhasilan sebesar 93.7% mampu membuat tekanan berada pada area aman steam yakni 5psi - 10psi menghindarkan dropless pada saat alat beroperasi.

Every dairy (milk) industry requires steam power produced by the boiler engine to support the electricity needs and production activities in the factory. In several cases in the field, the results of monitoring carried out often show that the steam produced by the boiler engine shows over capacity or low capacity. The monitoring results are reported to the head of production in the Boiler engine area and then recorded on paper and using the Handy Talky (HT) communication method. By using this communication method, problems arise when the head of production is not in the field, so that decision making to control the steam supply will also be hampered. So we need a system that can perform remote monitoring.
This system will be a prototype boiler with a controller in the form of an Outseal PLC and equipped with an HMI that has a wifi module so that later it can send sensor readings to the database and can be displayed on the website. In addition to being displayed on the web, the sensor reading data will also be managed using the fuzzy method to give a warning to the head of production via telegram if an abnormality occurs in the tool. From the test data, it can be concluded that the use of fuzzy logic in the tool has an average success presentation of 93.7% and is able to make the pressure in the steam safe area, namely 5psi - 10psi, avoiding dropless when the tool is operating.
