Abstract
Keberadaan (UMKM) telah terbukti mampu mendorong kemajuan ekonomi negara, salah satunya warga sutorejo mendirikan Umkm yang bernama barokah jamur. pada proses produksi baglog di umkm barokah jamur masih dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu menggunakan tangan,sehingga kurang efisien apabila memproduksi baglog dengan jumlah yang banyak.
Mesin pencetak baglog ini menggunakan pneumatik dan dilengkapi dengan sistem prediksi kapasitas produksi baglog dengan metode simpleks. Dimana metode simpleks yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini serta aplikasi POM-QM for Windows sebagai sarana untuk memprediksikan kapasitas tekanan udara dan jeda waktu yang dibutuhkan pneumatik dalam memproduksi baglog dengan jumlah yang banyak.
Penggunaan metode simpleks serta fitur program linear dapat memaksimumkan kapasitas tekanan udara dan jeda waktu dalam memproduksi 1080 baglog perhari. Dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode simpleks serta penerapan fitur program linear mendapatkan nilai sebesar 3955.03 psi-detik/perhari.

The existence of (UMKM) has been proven to be able to encourage the country's economic progress, one of which is the Sutorejo residents establishing an Umkm called Barokah Mushroom. in the baglog production process in UMKM, barokah mushrooms are still done manually, namely using hands, so it is less efficient when producing baglogs in large quantities.
This baglog printing machine uses pneumatics and is equipped with a baglog production capacity prediction system using the simplex method. Where the simplex method used in this test and the POM-QM for Windows application as a means to predict the air pressure capacity and the time lag required by pneumatics in producing large quantities of baglog.
The use of the simplex method and the linear programming feature can maximize the air pressure capacity and time lag in producing 1080 baglogs per day. From the calculation using the simplex method and the application of linear programming features, the value is 3955.03 psi-seconds/per day.
