Abstract

PG Kebon Agung menghasilkan produk utama gula kristal putih 1 dengan kualitas 1A dan hasil sampingnya yaitu ampas, tetes, dan blotong. Pengendalian kualitas pada produk tetes masih menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif dan diukur secara univariat, karena tetes di PG Kebon Agung lebih dipandang sebagai produk yang merupakan bahan baku untuk industri lain dan masih mengacu pada kontrak dengan pihak ketiga atau konsumen. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengendalian kualitas karakteristik kualitas tetes, yaitu persentase pol, persentase brix, HK, dan TSAI menggunakan diagram kendali MEWMV dan MEWMA menggunakan pendekatan model time series. Pengendalian kualitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan diagram kendali MEWMV dan MEWMA dengan pendekatan time series VAR, karena karakteristik kualitas yang diteliti saling berhubungan dan data memiliki autokorelasi. Diagram kendali menggunakan data residual yang telah didapatkan dari model terbaik time series, yaitu VARI([1,2,3, 5,6],1). Hasil diagram kendali MEWMV pada data fase satu meng-gunakan ω = 0,7 dan λ = 0,9 belum terkendali secara statistik, setelah diketahui penyebabnya dan dilakukan perbaikan, variabilitas proses telah terkendali secara statistik. Pengendalian rata-rata proses pada data fase satu menggunakan diagram kendali MEWMA λ = 0,6 telah terkendali secara statistik. Lalu pengendalian variabilitas dan rata-rata proses pada fase dua telah terkendali secara statistik. Proses belum kapabel dan kinerja proses tidak baik secara multivariat.

PG Kebon Agung produces the main product of white crystal sugar 1 with 1A quality and the by-products are bagasse and molasses. Quality control of molasses products still uses descriptive statistical analysis and is measured univariately, because the molasses in PG Kebon Agung are seen as products that are raw materials for other industries and still refer to contracts with third parties or consumers. Therefore, in this study, characteristics of quality used are the percentage of pol, the percentage of brix, HK, and TSAI will be carried out using the MEWMV and MEWMA using the time series model approach. Quality control in this study uses MEWMV and MEWMA control charts with the time series VAR approach, because the quality characteristics studied are interconnected and the data have autocorrelation. The control chart uses residual data that have been obtained from the best time series model, namely VARI([1,2, 3,5,6],1). The results of the MEWMV control chart on phase one using ω= 0,7 and λ = 0,9 have not been statistically controlled, after knowing the cause and making improvements, the variability of the process has been controlled statistically. The average of the process in phase one using the MEWMA control chart λ = 0,6 has been statistically controlled. Then, the variability and average of the process on phase two are statistically controlled. The process is not yet capable and the process performance is not good multivariately.
