Abstract

Gedung fakultas psikologi kampus II Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel (UINSA) Surabaya terdiri dari 9 lantai dan memiliki luas bangunan 741 m2 yang terletak di Jl. Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya, Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan konstruksi beton bertulang. Sebelum pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung maka perlu direncanakan penjadwalan waktu dan perhitungan biaya.
Perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya pelaksanaan
dihitung berdasarkan pada metode kerja yang disusun. Metode yang digunakan pada perhitungan ini dimulai dari penentuan item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume berdasarkan gambar pekerjaan, perhitungan biaya berdasarkan volume dan harga survey lapangan, perhitungan durasi berdasarkan volume dan produktivitas kerja, penyusunan Network Planning, perhitungan bobot item pekerjaan, dan pembuatan Barchart dan Kurva-S.
Dari perhitungan waktu dan biaya diperoleh durasi
pekerjaan selama 282 hari dan biaya pekerjaan senilai
Rp.22.084.833.000,00. Perhitungan tersebut merupakan
perhitungan waktu dan biaya khusus untuk struktur utama
bangunan dari pemancangan sampai lantai 9.

The psychology faculty building on campus II of Sunan
Ampel State Islamic University (UINSA) Surabaya consists of 9 floors and has a building area of 741 m2 which is located on Jl. Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, East Java with reinforced concrete construction. Before the implementation of building construction, it is necessary to plan time scheduling and cost calculations.
The calculation of implementation time and costs are
calculated based on the work method compiled.
The method used in this calculation starts from determining work items, calculating volume based on job drawings, calculating costs based on volume and price of field surveys, calculating duration based on work volume and productivity, preparing Network Planning, calculating
work item weights, and making Barcharts and S Kurves.
From the calculation of implementation time and costs based on the method made, the duration of work is 282 days and the cost of work is Rp.22.084.833.000,00. This calculation is a special time and cost calculation for the main structure of the building from the foundation to the 9th floor.
