Abstract
Mesin Boiler merupakan mesin untuk memproduksi uap. Uap tersebut dibutuhkan untuk menunjang produktifitas di PT. Indolakto Purwosari. Namun dengan adanya over capacity atau low capacity pada mesin Boiler dapat membuat kurang atau lebihnya supply steam yang dibutuhkan untuk produktivitas pabrik.
Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya alat yang mampu mengendalikan mesin Boiler dalam kondisi over capacity atau low capacity. Tujuannya agar mesin dapat bekerja sesuai kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan. Networked Control Systems dirancang guna membantu mesin dapat dikendalikan dan dipantau dari ruang yang berbeda. Sensor suhu, tekanan, dan aliran akan ditampilkan pada Haiwell Cloud. Dalam penggunaannya faktor jaringan internet yang sangat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan Networked Control Systems dalam keadaan bagus atau tidak.
Dari hasil kerja mesin Boiler didapati besaran tekanan hingga 15psi, sedangkan besaran tercatat suhu hingga mencapai 119o C. Pembentukan uap mulai terbentuk pada suhu 90o C. Pengiriman data melalui Networked Control Systems mengalami penundaan waktu kirim (delay time) selama 1-3 detik. Selama proses pengujian didapatkan persen error dalam pengukuran sensor yang sangat minim yakni dibawah 1% dan selama proses pengujian tidak ditemukannya Packet Dropout atau paket data hilang ditengah jalan. Dari data pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa alat ini mampu mencegah terjadinya over/low capacity pada supply steam.

Boiler machine is a machine for producing steam. The steam is needed to support productivity in PT. Indolakto Purwosari. But with the over capacity or low capacity in boiler machines can make less or more steam supply needed for factory productivity.
From these problems, there needs to be a tool that is able to control the boiler machine in conditions of over capacity or low capacity. The goal is for the machine to work as needed. Networked Control Systems are designed to help machines be controlled and monitored from different spaces. Temperature, pressure and flow sensors will be displayed on Haiwell Cloud. In its use internet network factors that greatly affect the sustainability of Networked Control Systems in good condition or not.
From the work of the boiler engine found the amount of pressure up to 15psi, while the recorded amount of temperature up to 119o C. Steam formation will be create to form at a temperature of 90o C. Data transmission through Networked Control Systems experienced delays in sending time (delay time) for 1-3 seconds. During the testing process, the percent error in sensor measurement is very minimal, which is below 1% and during the testing process there is no packet dropout or data packet lost in the middle of the road. From the test data conducted showed that this tool is able to prevent the occurrence of over / low capacity on the steam supply.
